We drive past here all the time and decided to give it a try, so glad we did! I asked my wife on a scale of 1-10 what she’d rate it and she said 11 and I agree! We also got a steamed Taro and pulled pork bun that were amazing! The staff were also extremely nice and the food came quick!

The drinks at this place are great, but the bánh mì was difficult to bite into. Although the bread is supposed to be crunchy on the outside, it felt stale or overburnt, making it a nuisance to eat. Additionally, the chicken plate was overcooked and became jerky, making it difficult for the daughter to take a bite. It’s disappointing to have paid a high price for something that didn’t meet expectations, especially considering the positive reviews.

I recently visited BANH MI SAIGON 8 in Lacey and I must say, I am always blown away by their delicious combo sandwiches! The flavors were perfectly balanced and the bread was fresh and crispy. I highly recommend trying the #1 combo sandwich with grilled pork and the #5 combo sandwich with grilled chicken – both were incredibly satisfying and flavorful.

One of the best places I’ve ever eaten. The beef sandwich is always amazing and the prices are unreal. The first time I ate here, I couldn’t believe how good it was, thought it might have just been a first time thing. However, I’ve eaten here about 30 times since and it’s always as consistently good as the last which is a testament to the care and quality that the team at Banh Mi Saigon 8 puts into their food. I went for lunch, you can tell the place is loved by the community by the number of take out orders. I felt like a sub and went for the combo special. It was great! All these healthy vegetables, seasoned meats. While takeaway is big business one side of the restaurant has a coffee shop feel to it, comfortable chairs and booths. I can see spending some time there. In addition to subs they have an entire side of the menu that looks like dishes over rice noodles; great news for gluten intolerant people. I intend to come back.

Best grilled pork Banh Mi sandwich. Very generous portions of delicious meat. Every time I come to Olimpia I have to stop by to get a couple banh mi sandwiches. The Saigon fried rice is also delicious. Highly recommended.

We’ve been looking for a good Banh Mi since moving here from St. Paul (best place there was trung nam french bakeryo) and found it here! Great combination of texture and softness on the bun and the sauce, vegetables, and meats was amazing. Wife got the grilled pork and I had the chicken and both were awesome. Pleasantly surprised to find hot pot available here too but will have to try another day.

We ordered door dash after a very long day driving from Montana. Our dasher didn’t grab the majority of our order, leaving us with 3 spring rolls, wonton soup broth, and a couple pork buns for 7 people. The wonderful staff at Banh Mi Saigon 8 delivered the rest of our order personally after they had closed for the night. The food was great, but the service was top notch!
