Long wait for 5 orders of pho to go. Waited 35 minutes. Not sure what to do if I order it via drive thru and have to sit there. It’s hard core Asian stuff so look away for some cleanliness issue. Mainly I would guess this is the owner lady did an ad hoc food prep coming back from storage across the path in the same plaza. Marches right in grabbing door handles then proceed to make some sort of batched beverage (not milk teas). Extra tasty . Waited there for so freaking long in the late afternoon 5-6ish saw a lot of peeps waiting as well. To to go food was ok. I wasn’t too worried about extra tasty because I boiled the soup when I got home and make sure things are cooked. The rare beef pho got 3 slices of rare beef. The soup was salty and tasty as expected. Added some water while I re-prep them. The overall quantity was above the other location say the one on Valley near Walnut Grove or the one on Gavey near New. But not sure if they are related. I would never recommend pho GA because I had yet come across a good one. It’s always streamed chicken that was cooked separately without much taste or even warm, throw that into a bowl of soup pho and call it a day. I could say price is the sole attraction.

Update: July 2022 – they have increased prices and dramatically decreased the size of the banh mi. I will not be going back. I don’t mind businesses charging more but cutting portions at the same time is a rip off.

First service is rude. Specially the two older ladies. They always in a bad mood .They don’t give you what you ask for. Is hard to communicate. No wonder they have less costumers. It has changed so much it was my favorite place. The food was great and I was willing to let their bad service slide. But it’s been about a year that the food is not quite the same. I for sure will stop going.

There are many chains of the same name but this place makes it better tastier dish than others. We drop by whenever there’s no time to make food at home and this place never fails us.

I grew up in a oriental/Hispanic neighborhood, the food here brings back many memories. No frills, but good Banh mi sandwiches. Thai tea is my favorite of any place I go. Not much English spoken here but who cares, the food is great.

I always come here for my lunch and today I got very bad experience with one old lady who is the cashier at 4pm. I just ask the “Monday special Sandwich” and she was angry, she told me that I better buy 3 sandwiches together for $12 only, if I buy the special sandwich then I need to pay tax for $13. It’s ridiculous and let customers feeling like cheating. After talk with here I don’t want any sandwich, I get a box for rice and chicken, when I give the money to her, she still angry and use lots of energy make the cash register sounds so loud. Come on, lady, if you really don’t like the job then go to find other one, all customers come here only for food not for you make everybody mad.
