John and Laura are amazing! I’ve tried just about everything on the menu and have not found anything I don’t like. My favorite breakfast taco is the M&M. It’s not on the regular menu however John was very open to allowing me to create my own per say. Mushrooms, egg and cheese. The mushrooms are marinated in liquid heaven and taste amazing on their own add in the fluffy eggs and gooey cheese and you have a flavor bomb go off in every bite. The frito bandito is amazing for lunch and dinner. I add steak, ground taco meat and the mushrooms to that and it is another flavor explosion. If there’s a combination you want to try they’ll work with you and the available ingredients. The salsas all have amazing flavor. They’ll welcome y’all like family that actually likes each other! Definitely go by and score the best tacos in town!

The best tacos in the area, which is saying a lot since it’s south of Austin, and there are tacos everywhere. Seriously delicious and affordable, worth the drive from anywhere in central Texas to try them! We try to get the breakfast tacos every morning.

I want to start with how wonderful the people were who were working the register and grill. We were greeted like old friends and that just made our first time their so memorable. I got the “steak out” and a “spill the beans”. The steak was extremely flavorful and tender, and both tacos had a good amount of filling so two was enough for me. My boyfriend got the “later tater”, and those potatoes had some great seasoning to them. Last but not least, the salsa they serve was amazing! We will be back to try the dinner options.

Great breakfast tacos! Kids loved the not spicy marinated steak and homemade seasoned fried potatoes taco. Bacon was sweet and spicy- yum! Will def go back! Great fenced outdoor space and little play space for young kids. Right next to coffee trailer.

Love Bandit Tacos. All of their breakfast tacos are on point. Their lunch and dinner tacos are great. Especially the Skirting The Law. I don’t know what they do to their steak, but I can’t get enough. My favorite though… the Frito Bandido add steak!! So good. Almost always my go to! Great hours too. Closed Monday & Tuesday, but open at 8am Wednesday through Sunday!
