The place was mostly empty. We ordered a bunch of appetizers, then the ribs, monkey bowl, black cod, pizza, and yakisoba. The appetizers were good, better than the mains, which everyone’s opinions around the table was a shrug. Basically it was good, but not special or awesome.

This place is amazing! The miso black cod is a must order, but everything we ordered was phenomenal. The service is fantastic, and the chef is incredibly thoughtful and talented. As a Park City local for my whole life, this is one of my absolute favorite places in town. A true hidden gem!

Wow, we can’t say enough. The waiter was first class! The beef egg rolls were out of this world. The Tom Kha soup was perfectly spiced and the chicken was very, very tender. The black cod dish and the Monkey bowl were amazing! If we were not so full we would have tried the desserts! Did not expect such high quality food out of this place! Well done!

We came to Bachan for dinner last night to try and as a local we always explore all types of cuisine and restaurant in town. Our impression with their food, was amazingly delicious, healthy, with a good portion of amount of food (entree) and most of all tapas style where you can taste every single meal/ menus they served is outstanding. I only got a chance to take photo of my meal since we can’t resist but to chow down each course of our meal! Price wise, very affordable and worth the money because of the quality of their food!

I’m sorry, I cannot give a high review. We came in with about 10 folks. We came in just after they opened and were one of the first customers seated. I tried all the things we ordered. The cod was good. And the hand rolls were pretty good. The yakisoba was so so. The tonkatsu ramen was not tonkatsu at all – supposed to be boiled pork bones creating a whitish broth. Not only was the flavor not right, it was too light. The Korean short ribs (kalbi) were extremely tough and obviously reheated. That shouldn’t be the case for the first customers for dinner. Kids wouldn’t even finish the small piece they had. Chicken wings weren’t very good either and you get 4 little wings for like $15. Small portions. Basically a very expensive meal that was way below par. Not sure what the chefs are doing in the back. Disappointing because we brought folks from out of town. Christmas break and the streets were loaded with people, but hardly anyone came in by the time we left. I hate to give bad reviews but they need to step it up if they don’t want to be out of business in two months.

The food here is amazing!!! Really exceeded expectations. Ribs and black cod are must-order items. Would have liked a busier atmosphere with more fun music given how busy the rest of Main Street was, but having no wait and amazing food is not to be taken for granted!

Good food unfortunately every thing else was not. Understaffed. Food took a very long time. Tried to order another round of drinks but the server would be gone for 15 minutes (we timed) at a time and then not stop to see if we needed anything. This was due to them not having enough servers to the size of the place.
