The restaurant looks super shady from the outside, but the best food is found in hole-in-the-wall joints – and this place is no exception. The vegetarian biryani here is just absolutely AMAZING! It literally reminded me of childhood memories from India. Highly highly recommend. Only bad part is that they don’t give the Mirchi Salaan with the biryani, only raita. But still.. totally worth it!

This run down looking hole in the wall has some excellent flavors! The dining area leaves a bit to be desired, and be sure to have some peppers handy because the food has zero heat, but all the other flavors are there!

NO. A Big NO. Ordered here after seeing the reviews and they don’t do justice. The place says it closes at 10, so we called at 9 to order and they were in super hurry and could have said no, but they took our order anyway. We asked for mild spice and vegan. Even though the website says they have “vegan options”, the person at the counter does not know what vegan means. We asked if the veg biryani is vegan and they said yes. Went home to see it had paneer and ghee and was super spicy that we cried while eating, not sure if the tears were because of the spice or our bad choices of ordering here.

It’s a small place and worth visiting if you are in Van Nuys area. Parking has a limit of 30mins and it’s kinda hard to find spots during weekends. The food is great. If you love the Andhra style food , they have it all. We ordered jackfruit and chicken 65 biryani and both tasted really good. We ordered paneer majestic and it was yum. I will visit again soon . Hope they open one branch in Bay Area soon

There are a lot of different biryanis and very few descriptions here .The place doesn’t look welcoming from the outside. I actually thought it was just a catering business or delivery kitchen at first but there are few tables and seats inside.
