Showed up a few mins before opening there was no one there which was nice I was expecting a long line. Cookies were good, banh mi was amazing! Seltzer coffee was interesting.

We had the tie-dye waffle and a pandan. I really liked the waffle–it’s like a spin on traditional Vietnamese dessert but in the waffle form so greatly enjoyed. The pandan was good, too.

A delightful bakery with the yummiest of Vietnamese treats. We got the Tie Die Waffles which are super soft and aromatic. The black sesame in the waffles is a perfect touch. The Vietnamese Coffee has an oat condensed milk option which is great for folks who are lactose intolerant. Thank you and hugs to Doris for sharing her culture and culinary skills with us.

Cute little take out spot in Carroll Gardens serving some really delicious Vietnamese snacks. We tried the pandan coconut milk and pandan iced coffee milk and both were delicious. Waffles were amazing too! Definitely worth waiting a few minutes in line for.

It’s just a storefront so there is no atmosphere. And you’ll have to find a place to sit somewhere. But the food is wonderful and so is the person who makes it, who makes everything fresh on prem including the bread and the vegetarian protein that she uses.

A sweet pick up spot in Carroll Gardens. Best Viet iced coffee in NY can be found here — strong like it should be not watered down at all. Bánh kẹp & butter cookies are tasty. Owner and staff are friendly & low-key. Usually a line but it goes pretty fast. Nice addition to the neighborhood.

I wanted to support an asian owned business but this place is straight up overhyped with absurd pricing and slightly patronizing staff. Bánh Mì Chay and cookies were fine. Going there feels like its for charity – you’re paying half for the what it is and half to keep them afloat

I was recently gifted a tin of cookies; they were gone within 48 hours (and I was practicing restraint). Wish I was able to buy a subscription have have these ship to my doorstep every week. Now that I know these exist, I will never look at Danish butter cookies the same.

I usually don’t leave reviews but read the negative one which is the opposite of my experiences here. I’m Vietnamese and I love their pandan waffles, bánh mì, cookie tins and desserts. The prices are fair. It’s delicious and you cannot find many of these things elsewhere. There aren’t many Vietnamese spots in NYC and this bakery is one of my favorites. I think they have limited hours because they aren’t fully open to the public yet. Boosting it to support an Asian woman owned business too.
