Good quality Chinese food, ordering is easy. This time they put the rice in with the orange chicken, it felt like we got less orange chicken then we paid for that way, and the rice sucked up some of the sauce. Otherwise good stuff

Not a good place. This used to be a great place but the food has declined so much over the last few years. If you ask for something to be corrected they will refuse. My meal was so bad I wanted it replaced and they offered me an egg roll. Nonsense. If you value your money and health stay away.

The wing wings are the best in Gainesville. Classic Chinese wing favor. The rice is fresh and that’s normally a good thing but with stir fried rice it should be a day old. The owner is polite.

I ordered from here for the first time a few days ago. I went to their website and used their link to place an online order. I live 2 miles away and expected to wait (it was a Friday night), but the food was ready when I arrived. We looked at other reviews first, so we knew we had to try the steamed dumplings. We also got chicken mei fun, a combo dinner hot & spicy beef, and some crab rangoon. All of the food was excellent. The noodles weren’t super greasy—they were perfect. The beef wasn’t drowning in sauce—the dish was full of flavor and the little bit leftover was delicious the next day. The dumplings and the sauce were on point. The restaurant was super clean and organized, with a takeout station for sauces and utensils. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

I can say this is some of the best Chinese food I’ve had in gainesville. The egg roll was so crispy and fresh. My lo mein was perfectly cooked and the shrimp was tender and flavorful. My egg drop soup was rich and warm while not being super thick. Ive been looking for a regular Chinese place that won’t break the bank while still have that flavor/quality im looking for and I finally found it. This isn’t the place to try new and exotic Asian flavors but if you want good Asian comfort food this place has you covered!

Due to Covid-19 it has been awhile since we went to Bamboos. Can’t eat in, everything is carryout but that wasn’t a problem. The food was fantastic! We tried their egg drop soup and it was so good! Very thick, just like homemade. Got our usual House Special fried rice, exceptional. Tried roast pork with snow peas. I will get that again, it was good! Hubby got his sweet and sour pork. Happy Camper. The employees are always helpful, and friendly! They have taken some measures to keep their patrons safe. If you pay by cash, you put your money in a box, the box closes, they put your change in the cup and then you get your change. Same with the food. It is bagged and put in a large container and then closes. Then the staff opens the box for you. So now physical interaction is not a problem. Trust me we will be back within a few weeks. I had missed their food so much!!!
