I have been here before a couple times. The food was fresh and well prepared. I went one time after 9pm, I will not be doing that again. The chicken tasted way to overcooked, chewy. Like it was earlier prepared and refried. I wonder if they shut down their kitchen early. There was definitely a huge difference in the quality of good prepared mid day and what I was given. It was horrible. The rice was the best part of my meal.

First time here, and ordered General Tso chicken. Every piece of chicken was chewy, and hardly any spicy heat. There was only a glaze of sauce, not enough to add flavor to the rice. The rice was tasty, but the whole order was a disappointment.

I stopped in for the first time today for takeout and was very impressed! The lady at the counter was really sweet and patient with me as I was deciding on what I had wanted to order . The food is absolutely delicious! I ordered the orange chicken with rice and the flavors did not disappoint. The chicken was super delicious and the rice was perfect! I will definitely be coming back the next time I’m craving some Chinese food! I definitely recommend others to give this restaurant a try! I really enjoyed my meal 🙂

Love this place! Moved to grand ledge a few months ago & u always need a good Chinese food spot in whatever town u live in! I tried House of Hsu-they we’re way overpriced & the food was not good. This place, bamboo gardens, has excellent food. Not really expensive. I’ve had many of their items, they’ve never disappointed me. My usual is their chicken mei fun & chicken teriyaki (stick). Delicious. Plus the lady that always answers the phone is awesome. She’s always friendly & very matter of fact and professional. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Save your time and money and avoid if possible. The service is fast, but at the expense of the quality of the food. Chicken was extremely dry and hard, fried rice consisted of nothing more than yellow rice with no flavor. Very overpriced. I would give this “restaurant” zero stars if I could.
