Don’t go anywhere but here for Chinese! I wavered and tried out thousand crane…never again! After ordering food from thousand crane I immediately had to order Bamboo Garden food to replace my mistake! Bamboo Garden is consistent with good quality and good portions. They don’t skimp on sauce, and I have never gotten anything over or undercooked. I decided to leave this review after taking their service for granted and realizing how bad chinese food is elsewhere in manch. Bamboo Garden for the win!!!

Person taking orders on the phone doesn’t actually listen to orders and this location has made our order wrong multiple times. The last visit ended up with too much subpar Crab Rangoon and Chicken Wings when we asked for General Tso’s and Chicken Fingers. Big difference. While the kids were initially happy with the extra rangoon the quality wasnt very good and the wife and I are not happy with half our order being wrong. Beef teriyaki was also cold despite eating only 20 minutes after making the call for pickup (a 3 minute drive home.) When spending $45 on dinner you’d hope you have a fun enjoyable meal for the family in a special occasion. This isn’t it.

Worse place to go to have my daughter someone else’s food after she told them it was the wrong order. Charged my card when I brought food back in put it off to side for actual customer to pick up so if you get sick this could be why instead of fixing there mistake they keep food given to other customers and still serve it even after it has left building. Then she voids my card for transaction which takes 3 to 5 business days to be returned and is going to charge me for my food instead of just charging the difference. They need to stop having their kids who are no older than 10 working for them and start paying attention this has happened several times now it used to be a good place to go but not anymore.

My husband is from The Bronx NY and has struggled finding a place that makes Chinese food like NY. This is the place closest to the BX!!! The food is delish, always fresh, and hot! Online ordering went smoothly, and was happy to learn you can pay with CC at the door for delivery. Food was bland, but meal quickly hit one star when I bit down on a thin strip of steel. Looked to be a piece of steel wool. Not risking ingesting metal shards and only got a few bites out of my meal. A restaurant to avoid.

Ehh. Just Ok. I bought the house special LoMein, and it was not special. Not particularly flavorful and bland; there was a slightly burnt flavor to the noodles. It does a crazy bustling carry-out business, so I had to try it. It’s fast, cheap, and filling. There are better places elsewhere.
