My husband and I tried this place because it’s local and seemed to have very good reviews. I totally forgot that we had ordered from them in the past and I had been very disappointed in the food. When I realized it was the same spot, my husband encouraged me to give it a chance. Maybe they had an off night the last time we tried. I went into it hoping for the best but sure again, both my dish and my husbands dish tasted awful. We ordered very basic Chinese dishes but somehow they tasted nothing like they are supposed to. This will be our last time ever stopping here.

Was small but mafe me full. It was the most perfect roll I have ever had . Paid 9:06. The guy also made it with such a fines… Idk. Recommend: Superman roll, lot of meat and fully cooked and breaded.

Very good Chinese takeout. I’ve tried quite a few different offerings, and most of them are unique. Not the run of the mill same tasteless brown goop for every dish. Nice family run joint, good prices. I order here weekly.

I have really enjoyed my food from Bamboo Kitchen. I recommend them for take out. The chicken mei fun is delicious and is a large portion. The egg drop soup is also delicious. They are efficient and the food gets delivered in a good time, and still hot. I was impressed that my soup was still hot after delivery! They did a doorstep delivery for us and curbside pick up when we needed. I’m really glad this place is close to home! Thank you Bamboo Kitchen!

After having this place recommended to me by the Hackettstown forum as “the best Chinese food in town,” we had to try it. I’m glad we did. We live only a couple miles from the restaurant so it’s super convenient. Our order was ready 10 minutes after calling. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious! It wasn’t drowning in soy sauce, nor was it overly salty. The chicken and mushrooms was absolutely perfect. The chicken was tender and the mushrooms were very flavourful. The fried rice was tasty, too! The chicken lo mein and the chicken with broccoli are both amazing. Their general tso’s chicken has just the right amount of spicy kick. We will absolutely be returning.

I love going to Bamboo Chinese Kitchen. I am always greeted with a warm smile. I am served promptly and our special dietary needs are always considered. The owners are new – when we first came there, the food was OK, but needed work. Now, the dinners are well cooked and taste great. It is nice to see all the family there. The parents are hard at work and the children are wonderful. It makes me happy to go there. I enjoy the meals they serve us and the service is excellent.

I am new to hackettstown .We tried this restaurant because there are so many good reviews. But I got really disappointed. Food is average taste.some chicken from chicken broccoli taste raw. Restaurant is dirty. Saw a worker in kitchen was sneezing without any cover right after I pick my order up. And I just realized those good reviews are all the same time.and pictures look fake ,not even from one place. I think I have learned my lesson for being naive. I should’ve notice that before I placed my order. Funny part is there is a review saying this take out Chinese restaurant “romantic feeling””waiters are very professional”. In fact. There is no waiter in this place..
