Hands down, best Bun Bo Hue I’ve ever had throughout the nation! Broth was phenomenal, tons of veggies to add in including banana flowers that I just tried for the first time! I highly recommend if you love authentic Pho then this will be your number one stop! This little lady serving us was so friendly and kind! Very clean establishment too! Family friendly, great for date night, or just passing through for work and needing a quick pick me up! Pricing is very reasonable and the food is worth twice its weight in gold with the way they prepare it for you!

Great prices, huge portions. We springrolls to start, practically a burrito. So yummy. Then we both enjoyed our bamboo bowls with the most delicious Chilli sauce, grilled pork and shrimp. It was perfect. Our waitress was sweet as well.

Best Vietnamese food in Albuquerque. Eggs rolls and food were super authentic, quality and presentation was perfect, clean bathrooms and great customer service from Nealy. Huge value for your money. ( BTW, the food was not drenched in MSG. ). Definitely support these guys!

Food: REALLY good. I got the Bamboo plate with pork; the meat was absolutely delicious, and the veggies tasted really fresh. My friend got the simple pho and she enjoyed it. A lot of food for the price.

Next level good food! Best Vietnamese food I’ve had in a decade. Appetizers are half the price of my local restaurant and twice as good. Had a bamboo bowl… Pork was delicious, shrimp were perfect and the sauce was delicious (not overly fishy). Will be back again before I leave Albuquerque.

Obviously, under new ownership. Menu I viewed online was definitely not their current menu. It had far fewer choices and prices were higher. They are understaffed. 1 waiter for the entire restaurant + he was handling seating and to go orders. Tables weren’t wiped down well, silverware didn’t look very clean. We ordered shrimp spring rolls to start and wish we didn’t. The spring roll wrapper was thick and gummy and very hard to cut/chew. They don’t give you a knife, so it was nearly impossible to eat without making a mess. The rice power bowl was just okay. Once again, you have no knife so eating the huge cuts of raw vegetables was nearly impossible. The shrimp and chicken were cooked well and tasted good. Overall, a huge dud.

The food here was impeccable. The best Bun Bo Hue I’ve had yet. Everything beautifully arranged and the fish sauce aroma was on point and perfectly placed. I rarely ever not take photos of my food but it literally put me into a trance and I just started eating and by the time I was done the best I could hope for is to take pictures of the beautiful restaurant. Mind boggling good Vietnamese food.

This was a nice modern Restaurant. The gentleman who was here was very polite and attentive without being too pushy. The Kulantro Phi was amazing, broth wasn’t too greasy but still had great flavor and the Thai green teas was awesome! Over all the food was amazing and flavorful, atmosphere was great and the gentleman here was amazing too!!!
