Great location in High Springs, FL. right in the middle of the town. Not a lot of room inside, but the staff are very friendly and helpful. Very pleasant to talk with and attentive to what your looking for. A large selection of Glutenfree products. We just wanted a snack, so we picked up some of the bakery items, but several different meals are available.

What a lovely cafe. Absolutely the best chai latte I have had. Bambi and Fox were simply delightful to meet as we began our day. Picked up some pastries as well and can’t wait to enjoy. Will definitely be back here to try out the lentil soup. This place is a must stop if you are in the area.

Great flavors! I ordered the tempeh bowl and all of the organic veggies tasted so fresh and flavorful. The staff were all friendly and sweet and over it was a great experience. Definitely worth stopping by!

Happened to stop by on a beautiful morning, and I was able to experience the best plant based breakfast sandwich ever. It should definitely be on the menu. The vegan crossiant are delicious, I purchased extra for later. Flaky and soft. I’ll definitely be back, and can I add great customer service as well. #winning

Bambi, Thank you for an Especially Delicious Lunch. I ordered the Unchicken Artichoke melt wrap. I Loved it❤️The Mango Tango muffin and Basil Tomato Cupcake and the Zuchini cupcake were all Spectacular and outstanding. Bambi’s Cafe kinda just showed up in front of us as we entered High Springs. Looked so cool that we had to stop. Everything was plant based and delicious. Will definitely be returning for the thumbpront cookies and mac n cheese.

This was our first time at Bambi’s. I must say that I was a bit skeptical prior to going there. I’m not very familiar with vegan and thought the food would be missing something. Everything we had was delicious. Apparently much care is given to the preparation by the use of herbs and fresh seasoning. Bambi also took the time to answer our numerous questions and we got a mini education. We also purchased fresh, preservative free and pesticide free lettuce and spinach which are locally grown. Delicious! We plan on going back the next time we are in that area.
