Very disappointed. Ordered two pizzas…a chicken marsala that was completely devoid of any marsala sauce on it just chicken and chicken.. The veggie ricotta pizza had fried eggplant and basil on it, nothing else. For 55 dollars this was not a place I would trust again sadly.

Bambino’s was on Genesee Street but after a closure, they have reopened in the Genesee mall, south street side. The deluxe pizza is just that, loaded. Their sauce is delicious & crust is good. Nice pizza & yes, foldable.

I ordered from here last night for the first time I ordered a large pizza and wings they told me 25 mins I went to go pick it up when I got home and was getting ready to sit down and grab me a slice of pizza it instantly fell apart when I grab it and it was all soggy and looked like it wasn’t cooked all the way I paid $50 dollars for some pizza that was no good and give me a stomach ache and can’t stop using the bathroom

Excellent service, intimate atmosphere. Pizza and calamari were delicious. Everything was cooked to perfection. Awesome overall experience. I have high expectations and don’t mind paying for quality food and service and was pleasantly pleased. My husband and I will definitely come back. Best pizza outside of New York City that we have discovered!!

Best Italian restaurant in Auburn, Period! I ordered a delivery and they were here in no time at all. They forgot to bring a small side I asked for, but when I called to explain they stopped what they were doing and made my order and had it to me in 7 minutes!!! This is one of the most professional establishments I have encountered in years. The owner obviously has a real concern for customer satisfaction. Great food, great service. Keep on doing what you’re doing!

We had reservations on a Saturday evening for a party of twelve. This party included a 96 year old great grandmother and two children at the ages of 2 and 5. We were placed in a small room that got very warm. We had to wait for nearly two hours for our food after asking several times why the delay and when we finally got our food it was barely warm. In addition, they advertise they have gluten free menu items but that told us it was not available. Also, they did not get some of the orders correct. Then when we wanted to finally pay the bill and get out because we had a long drive, we had to go to the cashier to check out and for a tip our only options were to leave no tip, 20% tip or 25% tip. You can guess what we selected. The waitress was very apologetic but that did not help with the frustrations we encountered that evening. Since we were visiting from out-of-town and this was only our second or third time at this restaurant, you can be sure we will not visit this place again. Still, the food was tasty (but not hot) and the portions were good.

Their pizza is decent but their delivery service is AWFUL! It’s common for them to take an 1.5+ hours to deliver. I’ve had many cold pizza’s show up at my door. If u order something extra (i.e. extra blue cheese or soda), it’s almost a certainty that they’ll forget it. They hire morons. Don’t expect decent service from these idiots.
