This place is a great spot to dine in with family or just a nice hang out even if you are only waiting for take out. The atmosphere is nice with ample outdoor seating, and an arcade room to play in while you wait for food. We ordered a double bacon cheeseburger which was huge and delicious, a kids burger and fries, and for the first time the chicken tenders which were a delicious surprise! Super tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. I can’t say the last time I had a chicken tender that good! We also tried a side of cheese for the fries and we couldn’t get enough. It was thick, smokey, and delicious! For the kids burger, this would be best for a younger child as it is pretty small. Next time we want to try some of the boozie snocones or ice cream, there are a ton of options that sound really good!

Incredibly slow service. They seem very unorganized and inefficient. Ordered a funnel cake and it took 30 min (we timed it) before we got it. It came out with black spots and shriveled like it was way overcooked. Didn’t think you could mess up funnel cake. They only offered to remake it. Also, they had a live band playing 70s music. My kids where covering their ears it was so loud. I don’t need to listen to yacht rock at 11. We got the second funnel cake within 5 min and it was undercooked. We gave up and asked for a refund.

I ordered a plain bacon cheeseburger for my picky teenager and received it will everything on it. We did not notice until we were home. I tried to call but no one answered so, I went back and asked for another one. They brought the burger out to me pretty quickly which was odd because we waited a while the first time. It was odd so I asked the employee if it had been redone and he stated it had been. I got home and gave it to my teenager and he stated it was cold and tasted like the flavor of the toppings. We also noticed the tray it came in had some leftover lettuce. It appears they just took the toppings off it without making a fresh one, which is very wrong since they are they ones who messed up the order. My teen did not eat the burger and I was not about to go back a third time. It is shame because we have always enjoyed this establishment. They are not honest people.

We love this place but when it’s busy, they can’t keep up. There is only one line to order and it takes forever and only one bathroom. But…great food and drinks and love that they have music many nights.

Ballwin Sno Con is the absolute best place I have ever been to in my entire life in St Louis! I went there for a birthday celebration, and it was great! I highly recommend it!

They’ve got a cute little outdoor movie theater. You can sit and watch and enjoy while you eat your snow cone treat.

I love this place ❤️ The worker’s are so friendly and helpful. The owner is one of the greatest guys I’ve ever met. They have great food they have sno-cones for kids and adults you can bring your fur babies they even have sno-cones for them. They even have a fireplace the kiddos can roast marshmallows why the adults listen to the band play.

Worst snow cone ever…. basically just ice. Not near as colorful as the pictures. And hardly any flavor. Atmosphere is nice however games are extremely over priced for little ones. One dollar just for a “chance” to win outta the claw machine

Please make sure your employees are adding more flavoring. I stopped by today and there was barely any flavoring. We drove 5 minutes away and decided to drive all the way back for more flavoring because we were so disappointed.
