My wife and I ate here on Saturday before a concert. The ambiance and seats were so comfortable, the staff was extremely kind and attentive, and the food was so good. We ordered the focaccia bread, Gotham pizza, spaghetti Bolognese pasta, and the Casarecce pasta. We loved them all and will definitely eat here again and order the same items.

Balla is a fantastic destination to take the family because it is so wonderful. I had such a wonderful time here with my mother. The meal is top notch all over, but my favorites are the octopus and salad. We devoured both of them. The Burrata and Focaccia were outstanding, as well as the stuffed mushrooms. We had a bone-in ribeye, and it was excellent. The beverages were all exceptional, and the Bombolonis were flavorful but not overly sugary. Generally, I am not a fan of Italian food, but I love it here!

Easily one of the top 5 best meals/experiences I’ve ever had, and I’m a major foodie! We came to Vegas for my birthday and stumbled upon Balla only because of it being in the Sahara, where we were staying. Daniella was our server and made it SUCH an awesome experience. She Paired incredible wines with each course, was very thoughtful and managed the timing of each course perfectly. We did the tasting menu and a wine pairing which including the best Caesar salad I have ever had(my husband said the same), a spicy calibrian pepper pasta, and options of a New York strip steak or sea bream. I did the steak and it rivaled a filet with how tender it was and the perfect crust it had! My husband had the sea bream and said it was fantastic as well. Awesome atmosphere, service, food, and excellent wine and drink list. I will definitely be back to check out their next seasonal menu!!!

We had an opportunity to dine here on Sunday evening before we left to return back home. The environment, decor, and staff was amazing. The food was outstanding and our server was phenomenal. I have worked in the food industry for years and her level of menu and product knowledge was impressive. We have a friend in our group who is gluten free and the extent that she went through to make sure and accommodate her made Dominique stand out even more. HIGHLY recommend dining here and HIGHLY recommend you ask for Dominique as your waitress! We will be coming back to eat here again in the past.
