Not a good experience for me. The guy had the top to a half sub sitting on the counter when I walked in. After he made the other 2 sandwiches before me, he cut half of the top from my bread and dressed the other half. He then put the fresh dressed half and the half that was sitting on the counter together to make my sub. I told him that I did not want it and asked him to temake it. He did and I thanked him. I was satisfied until I got back to work to eat. The meat was very thin. Normally, their subs have generous meat, not this time. The meat and cheese was so thin, I had to remove the bread bottom in order to taste any meat. That was ridiculous and made.not sense. I am not sure how they determine whst is the correct amount of meat and cheese, but there is no way thay was correct. So disappointed, I will not visit again.

I frequent this location! Everyone is always friendly, courteous, and helpful. The subs and sides are always fresh and delicious! I usually order for my family of 4 through DoorDash and the service is always prompt and my order usually ready early. My favorite is the Grilled American.

Staff was friendly. Was a little lengthy time wise but they seemed busy making a bunch of subs. I paid for extra pickles, peppers, and onions however my sub was missing the peppers and onions.

Meh.. Not as good or generous with their portions. I ordered the biggest sub on their menu like I always do in Pooler at the Baldinos there and its nothing compared to theirs. The sub description literally says extra everything not from this location. If I could post a picture of how thin this sandwich is I would. Sorry but 15 dollars for one sub, and that little bit of meat aint cutting it here. Pooler Baldinos on Hwy 80 much better with their portions.

Stopped to try out the new Baldino’s. I order half of the grilled chicken sub. I got home and settled looking forward to eating my favorite sub that I usually get from Ronald Heyward’s Baldino’s in Pooler. I was very disappointed! They left off my cheese, mayonnaise and lettuce. The chicken portion was very small. I called Baldino’s and all I Igot was can you bring it back. No! I couldn’t. I was not offered anything extra or another sub the next time you come in. The next time I’ll drive the extra mile to go to Baldino’s in Pooler!
