Looks can be deceiving. When the waitress opened my container to ensure my order was correct, I noticed that my toast did not appear to be “stuffed”. She assured me that the order was correct. When I finally dug in, I was pleasantly surprised to see just how stuffed my Stuffed French Toast was. It was absolutely delicious. Will definitely order again.

So not worth the money. The food was sub par and for the quality and serving size it’s way overpriced. I would not eat here again. The staff is friendly and the service was great, but not the sandwiches. The cheese on the “grilled cheese” was barely warmed, not close to melted. The Reuben had two pieces of meat and I had to search for the Swiss cheese. Also – when the Reuben says it comes with dill pickle it’s sliced and IN the sandwich. That really altered the traditional Reuben taste and not in a way that I enjoyed. And I like dill pickles. The fries were good, The cole slaw was watery and had an odd taste. It was a half cup serving for $5.99. I had 1 bite, my husband had 1 bite to confirm and I told the server it wasn’t good. She said she’d relay the message, but I had to request it be taken off my bill.

I had the Seafood Combo (battered & fried halibut, shrimp & clam strips) and it came with fries, garlic bread, a side of vegetables and your choice of soup. Soup of the day was vegetable beef and it was good! My daughter had their waffle. Good food and friendly customer service. Thank you will be back again for sure.

UPDATE: dropped down to 3 stars based on their performance… food is not so great lately, skimping on sauce and meat in the skillets, upcharging huge amounts for any changes (even for home fries instead of hash browns), and now the pancakes are lacking! Seriously going down hill fast!! My Bon Jour skillet in the picture had about 1/8 cup of broken Hollandaise sauce, literally 4 tiny pieces over cooked chicken strip, and not much else! (2/6/23)

Only place we could find open 4th of July morning. It was busy but man were they on it! Servers were happy helpful and on the ball. Food came out fast for how busy it was. Grate atmosphere! Not to loud and cozy. Food was the best ever! I recomend the chicken fried stale. Coffee is the best I had in Fairbanks! This place is wonderful!

I really liked the food here. It was a quant environment and the lights were dim and just cozy. Our waitress was attentive and the food came out relatively quickly. The gravy could use some bacon fat in it to give it more of that down south gravy taste, but was hearty. I will go back to try it again. The reindeer sausage is pretty good.

Our first time here since the place was the Food Factory was mostly OK. The menu is well varied and Bill was a great serve. But until I got him to change the channel the TV were on some awful channel that made Fox seem tame. So I won’t be going back anytime soon.

I had biscuits, hash browns, gravey, 2 eggs over medium, sausage and coffee. Coffee great! Gravey was super flour with no flavor – the hash browns were good about half way through then tasted tainted- not good , I hope I don’t get sick. I quit eating the H/B when they tasted funny. The worst $20 I ever spent, but the service was good!
