Favorite place to get a Mexican menu around Brown University. Limited parking. So times we had to park 300 meters away. Crowded sometimes but it’s worth to wait. I love taco but try Quesadillas dish!! You won’t regret. I love the taste is very very delicious. Once you buy a soda the next you will re fill as much as you can . Staffs (I guess Mexicans) are so friendly. Amazing service.

Definitely the best Mexican food in the region. I’ve been about a dozen times. The ingredients are always fresh; the portions are generous, and flavor is outstanding. Avoid C**potle if you live close enough to get to a Baja’s; the difference is night and day.

Wonderful assembly line of burrito awesomeness. They have locations all over the state now, but this one is the OG

Good spot for burritos and similar fare. Not the very best I’ve had – the carnitas were a tad dry – but definitely above average. The interior seating area is surprisingly clean and modern.

Still the best Mexican joint in town! Crazy huge & flavorful steak & shrimp burrito for an incredible value of $12. It must’ve weighed 2 lbs & damn it was good!

Updated Review: Tried to have delivery done again, received food but the tracker through the site used wasn’t updated properly.

Baja’s Tex Max is a good place to go it’s got a great view of Thayer Street and the food is good. They have a bar they have a unisex ladies and men’s room and I do not believe they have handicap access here.

Looking for some semi-authentic Tex Mex? Check out Baja’s. You can build your own anything with a wide selection of ingredients. I like making a carne asada burrito with a side of homemade chips and a bottle of strawberry pop. If you’re into people watching, this is a great spot as students from Brown are regulars here. After you’re finished, take some time to explore the other offerings of Thayer Street.
