I have ordered from this restaurant before and was extremely disappointed with the food that was delivered to me last night. The slow roasted pork was dry and stringy and crunchy, I don’t understand why the establishment thought it was acceptable to deliver this food to any human.

Carnitas burrito with rice, black beans, grilled vegetables, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo is what I get every time, and it is one of the best burritos I’ve ever had in my life. This time I got a steak, and shrimp. Outstanding!

Burrito was great. I had the steak and it was very good and seasoned well. What ruined a near perfect experience was the cheese. It is 7 eleven or movie theater cheese quality. Baja change your cheese and I’ll be back over chipotle for sure.

Baja’s has always been a favorite of ours but the Johnston location is by far the best of the ones we’ve been to. This location is super clean and easily accessible with ample parking. The quality of their product is always excellent and the portions they provide are generous. When given the option, I choose Baja’s over Chipotle every time.
