I’m sorry to say the food was terrible and expensive. In the past BF had been so good In other locations but this was a real disappointment. We had the fish tacos, it was like a dried up piece of a fish stick. What a shame. It used to be so good, we won’t be back.

I use to go to this place a lot in 8 years. A little over a year ago we went there and the acting manager is so sloppy and rude when we asked them about the salsa that was prepared. Ive never encountered anything so unprofessional in any fast food place. We called the head office to file a complaint and even the corporate office seems like they are unorganize too. Since then we never went back and even out company use to cater from them, we went to chipotle now which is better atmosphere and good people. I willo never-ever go back to baja fresh ever again.

The cashier was rude from the start. Didn’t get anything close to what we ordered. They were the most bland 2 burritos, with only chicken beans and rice for $22. Never again.

YUMMY. I love healthy fast options. Personally like the quesadilla dish for the kids, has white cheese and chips. I like the burritos “enchilada style” which adds red sauce to anything. My fiance is obsessed and I dont mind eating here.

Usually the food is good. But recently the staff has become rude. The close at 8 pm. Which is pretty early. I show up prior to 8pm. And as i was walking up, they ran to the door and locked it.

While I don’t love to wait, I do love that everything here is prepared to order and fresh when you get it (including their salsa).Meats are tender, regardless of what kind and the quality is good. (And, they do always offer you chips while you wait.)

Clean, friendly, fast, and most important-accurate. I have to give KUDOS to the ladies who were working the night of Monday, 9/19/2022 when I came in and placed my order. With my husband having a very strict health related diet and myself a self-created picky one, these ladies did not miss a beat and had everything made quickly, hot and just as ordered. They even asked if I wanted extra plastic wear and napkins as I had advised we were staying in town just for the night. It’s nice to walk into an establishment and have everything just “click” and go as planned.

Sad to say it was the last time I will go to Baja Fresh. My steak burrito was good but the black medium sauce is not as good as it used to be. The main reason for not returning was my burrito and a coke came to $16.00. I could have gone to a Mexican restaurant and got chips and salsa ,rice and beans and a. burrito for that!

I asked for a nacho burrito. I didn’t want meat on it and told the lady so. She asked if cheese was ok and I said yes. What I got instead of what I ordered was a burrito with only beans and rice in it, no cheese, sour cream, jalapenos, tortilla strips or anything else with flavor. So bland, and so frustrating to not get what I ordered!
