The cashier was rude and refused to take our order. She said they only had beans and rice, when the male cook kept telling her there was chicken and steak. When we decided to leave they were laughing. If they were in a hurry to leave home, I would think they should have been cleaning, I stead they were talking and laughing. would not recommend and this will be my first and last time going there.

My wife’s favorite is the Baja burrito with carnitas. I used to get the steak fajitas. But now I usually get the Baja burrito too. So good.

I got a grilled veggie burrito. the quality of the ingredients were pretty good. but it literally took 15 minutes from the time I ordered my food till I received it… and I was the only person in the store. I’ve never seen anyone roll a burrito more slowly.

Half the people that work here are incompetent. Had to order my food 3 times before they got it right on my receipt. Took the food home and it was still wrong. Worst service. Everyone is high that works here. Stay away. They prolly finger your food too.

I frequent this place on my lunch breaks quite a bit. I always get a chicken quesadilla and it’s a huge portion which comes with guac and sour cream in the side. Staff is always very friendly. The only time I got something that was just ok. It was a side if rice and seemed a little old and flavorless but I definitely still ate all of it. Overall a good place to go in my opinion. Pricess are a bit on the higher side but you definitely good quality food and a bunch of it.

Baja Fresh is a placecI go I regularly. It helps me avoid fast food when I am out running around or doing errands. I usually give chain restaurants 3 stars as they are usually not to special. Atleast no real specialities to grade. I gave Baja 4 stars because the food is always made fresh and you csn count on getting the same thing each time you visit. One person does not make an order differently than another. I like that cause I track my nutritional intake.

Gave myself a year break from this spot to see if it improved with a new crew. Nope. Still the worst Baja Fresh I have ever been to. Too bad, because it’s the one in my neighborhood. They put together food like they don’t think people care what they eat. Many people must not care because they don’t seem to have a reason to get better. I said before that I would never go back and now I never will.
