The only reason it’s not five stars for me is because of the prices here. You almost pay $6 a taco which is pretty ridiculous considering the size of them. You can get 3 tacos at chipotle for half the price you can here. While the chips you get here are free and you can get all the salsa you want it’s crazy to spend $18 for three tacos. The place still gets 4 stars from because I love the way everything tastes. I’ve been a big Baja Fresh fan since I was a little kid and the Atmosphere just takes me back, it’s super inviting.

We have had bad experience at the Baja Fresh in Tustin location after management has changed for a few times now. We decided to give up on it for good but we came back after a long time to give it another try but it has gone from bad to worse. The closing time in 8.30. We walk in at 7.35 and they say they will only do to go as we have started cleaning up. Te salsa bar was cleaned out and a few of salsa’s were kept in to go containers. We ordered 4 entrees and we’re picking up enough salsa for 4 people and the lady at the front very rudely said we can’t take that many. Only a few. My husband wanted a combination of 2 different burritos and she clearly refused where as it says on the Menu that you can get any burrito any style. All in all this place is terrible and no one should be giving them any business in my honest opinion. A very posted customer to say the least. The owner needs to step up and bring good service.

Very good despite the pungent smell of curry and cumin coming from nirajs Indian food next door. What passed me off was we say for here but was served to go and was given an attitude for getting chips. Hello I didn’t get a plate because you tossed our stuff in a bag to go. Make sure to use coupons

The standards have gone way down. This restaurant used to be a welcoming place with quality food. Now we were just kicked out within a minute of the closing time while still eating. Lights were turned off. Not sure what happened to Baja fresh but would highly suggest to anyone reading this to eat elsewhere.
