Baja Cantina Menu – Roanoke, TX

Type : Mexican restaurant

Location : Roanoke, TX

We opened on Oak Street in beautiful Downtown Roanoke in the Fall of 2020, and are honored to be a part of “The Unique Dining Capital of Texas”!

To us, “Baja” is not a type of food, it’s a way of life that is good for the soul — built around good times and enjoying the company you’re with! Our vibe is all about not taking yourself too seriously, living spontaneously, and enjoying the finer things like Swirl Ritas, Fish Tacos and Issa’s Queso.

Great food, service and margaritas…… too hot for outside but they have outdoor seating which would be great on a fall or spring day…. Will be back.

This little gem has an extensive cocktail menu and highly recommend exploring it. We had the spicy watermelon and Pepito margarita. So good for a summer drink! Also had their chorizo queso…omg, it’s to die for. For lunch had their Baja tacos, also amazing. Service is great, greetings with smiles and friendly service.

I absolutely loved this place, staff was very attentive and nice, the food itself was amazing! With complimentary chips and salsa. I would definitely come back if I’m in the area

Stopped in with family (4 adults + a toddler) Sunday for lunch. Definitely busy, but not too crowded that we had to wait for a table. Service was great; our server was helpful and took care of everything we needed, and the manager even changed a TV over to the NASCAR race for us. Margaritas were excellent, as was the food. The atmosphere is great – this is probably one of my favorite restaurants in the Justin/Roanoke area just for this reason!

Food I’ve had is average TexMex but no complaints! In Texas, if the Tex Mex is not good the restaurant won’t last because there is so much competition. Full bar and the location in downtown Roanoke is good with parking across the street.

Service was good. Environment was pleasant. We had lunch on a quiet weekday in their patio. Authentic Mexican food. I had the lunch chicken fajitas. Really good.

Great patio atmosphere, good service, yummy food. The brisket queso would be better with actual smoked bbq brisket, but it was just shredded, like pulled pork. Still good though. The taco salad with grilled chicken was delicious!! My husband had the lunch fajitas and said they were really good too.

We had 17 people. We were seated quickly for that many people. We were served as if we were just one couple. Quickly and everything was correct for such a big party. All the kids were fed without hesitation first and fast. And of course . . . great food!

Everything was lovely! I love Mexican food. I’m from El Paso. So this place was fantastic. Chile Relleno and a shot of Mexican candy!
