Great variety on the menu. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. Fair warning – the salsa is Spicy and the margaritas are Strong and smooth – imo better than Gloria’s margaritas.

I love the nachos and table side guacamole here. I do also order a frozen mango margarita with Tajin if I’m drinking.

This is my second time here and both times the food was delicious. There is a warning on the menu about how many margaritas you can have. I could be a light weight, but I don’t know who drinking more than one! They are delicious also. The servers are great, but depending on who you get, you may need to brush up on your Spanish or use your phone to translate. The salsa and chips are really good, but if you can’t do spicy, which I love, tread lightly. The prices are affordable and you get a lot of food. I will be making that drive to eat here again. The next time I’ll just eat half of my food so I can try the dessert.

This place is not the same as it used to be. It all matters the time of day to have good drinks and food. Edgar the bartender makes good drinks just right! I ordered brisket tacos and omg they were very salty and greasy! Our waitress – which was a female I didn’t catch her name, but she was very quiet and shy didn’t seem to try to make us feel welcome at the restaurant. I will continue coming here, but will say some things need improvement.

This place has changed. The food, the drinks, a year ago they were great, now everything is terrible. I know several people who used to come here regularly, but will not go now, because everything changed. It’s obvious when you walk in here and there’s several empty tables on a Saturday night that we’re not the only ones. Bring back the old drinks and food, or you’re gonna keep losing customers.

heard about the Margaritas – naturally had to make a stop. good, though not as “strong” as claimed to be, add a second and you should have a good feeling. the quesadilla is phenomenal – hands down one of the best I’ve had. the nachos were great and would encourage as an appetizer.

I’ve been coming here for a long time and the food is amazing. Brisket enchiladas are one of the best things on the menu. I’ve had their grilled fish tacos before too and they were very good. Chips and salsa are great as well. Their salsa has a decent kick to it.. They have a spicier salsa but you have to ask for it. Service is good and attentive. I highly recommend that you give them a try. This place has some of my favorite local Tex Mex. Warning….the frozen margaritas are LETHAL. Take an Uber.

Chicken tortilla soup — COME HERE FOR IT!!!! —is amazing and I usually hate every place I go!!! We came here specifically for the soup and it’s just spicey enough to get the sinuses going but you forget with the flavor of traditional Mexican soup! Forget Mi Cocina, On the Border, none of those can keep up. This hole in the wall place is a winner!!
