I have eaten in this establishment quite a few times. The other night I went in sat at the Bar and had some of the best service you could possibly imagine. My bartender Madilyn was one of the sweetest most kind people I had the pleasure of talking to. I don’t think I had an empty class that whole night. She was on top of it. Not with just me but her other customers as well. The manager Garrett was so professional taking the time to come over to ask how my food was and how I was. I felt as if he genuinely cared about me as a customer. Top-notch experience all around.

I am happy I came back and ate here again. I used to love Bairs but I had so many negative experiences of mediocre food and bad service that I wrote it off. Came with some friends and the burger was great and our server was fantastic! Glad they turned it around. I will be back and keep hoping the quality stays high!

The bartender was very rude and hateful when taking our drink order. Our appetizers were perfect! I ordered the horseshoe and when I cut into it the meat was bloody and smelled funny. I ate three bites and decided it wasn’t good. Before we left the restaurant I was in the bathroom getting sick and have been sick all night. We won’t go back.

A lot better since somebody new is in charge. The old owner was completely clueless. He took shortcuts and had no business owning restaurants. This is literally the nicest way I can say this… Tim (the old owner) is a complete bum as a restaurant owner. Not a nice person either. *Update* they also fired the manager Mike. He was terrible at his job and did practically nothing. Now that they’re gone now this place is much better off.

We would have given it no stars if that were an option. We waited 1.25 hours. We were told that they were really busy yet we watched several groups come in after us, get their food, and leave all before we got our food. We finally got up and walked out when we watched a group that came in well after us sit down, order, and get their food. How’s it possible that we got the explanation that they were running behind when we watched others after us get their food? Never going back to the Republic MO Bairs.

This place was absolutely disgusting between the raw food we were served and waiting over an hour for it to arrive after ordering. Then we were treated very rudely after explaining that we didn’t wanna wait any longer for them to attempt to cook anything further. This place shouldn’t even be able to serve food let alone operate as a company to the public. I wouldn’t send someone I hated to this establishment. What a joke!
