We went on a weekend and the service was very slow. I couldn’t believe it considering it was dinner hour, but I see why now. Some of the things we ordered or asked for were forgotten or took a long time to get (drinks, spoons, to-go boxes) and some of the plates were too hot and when handed to me, it burned my hand. The food was good at least. Overall, I think if the staff had a little more training the whole dining experience could be better. We spent more time waiting for things than we did eating. I will say our server was nice and polite though. I’ll probably try it one more time before I decide to not go back. Maybe it was just an “off” day when we went.

Nice atmosphere and delicious food. I had the caramelised plantain which was pretty flavourful and well balanced. Service was a bit slow but ordering through the tablet works fine as an alternative. Prices are great too!

Mothers day dinner! Nice theme; tropical Caribbean! Food was good! We had a reservation & were seated right away while a huge crowd of people waited outside! Yay for reservations! Food took extra, extra long to get to us! Insane crazy wait 50 minutes! Waitress, named “Miracle” was very friendly!!

This was my first time eating here, and I would definitely come back in the future! I loved the Firecracker Shrimp and Seafood Paella! The Bahama Mama cocktail was good as well! My entire party enjoyed their orders, so that was great! I look forward to trying something different next time!

As usual the food was excellent!! Our server Jada was just wonderful, very personable, conversed with us. She was a delight! There was a large, loud party holding a baby shower on one side of the room – they were distracting and disturbing with their games and loudness. They possibly could have been placed in a different location in the restaurant for their function – better planning on the part of the management. That said, we will visit again.
