Homedud manning the flattop grill- you are a Godsend. Best egg and sausage bagel I’ve had in my life! This is my go-to spot from here on out.

I come here all the time for my egg sandwiches and I have to say I’ve had very little complaints, they make them perfectly. The bagels are great as well, and overall they just have a lot of options, it’s a very cozy inside too. A super underrated place for breakfast, and a personal favorite.

I ordered online to pick up and my service dropped so I called back. The same gentleman answered and was very nice and patient, took my order and I forgot to ask for salt, pepper and ketchup on my egg sandwich and he kindly asked if I wanted to add it so kudos for the attention to detail. I arrived and parking is sufficient and it’s right off the main road so it’s easy to access. The Chinese lady greeted me at the counter and was genuinely nice and warm toned and asked if I was there for pick up. My breakfast was ready and she rung me up for $6 and offered me a free coffee which I declined. They sue take debit with a $5 minimum and they use a modern payment device so no pin is needed if you don’t mind that and paying is instant so no waiting on that end either, I was in and out in less then 3 min. The place had a decent amount of seating and was very clean and the customers seemed to be enjoying themselves. This place is a winner and sets the bar high for the other establishments in the area. I ordered an everything bagel with 2 fried eggs, sausage and pepper jack cheese (my only critique would be that they did put a very thin slice of cheese I would have liked to taste more of it) and it was delicious. Thanks again Bagel Express I will be back!!

Was charged $74 for 4 chicken cutlet sandwiches. The menu says $8.99 per sandwich. Never again!

Mediocre sandwich, eggs were the only fresh thing on the cold bagel. Didn’t come with iced tea or coffee, and the iced tea was terrible, had a weird aftertaste (some synthetic lemon flavor or aloe. Idk but it was not enjoyable. I had maybe 3 sips) $22 for two sandwiches, an iced tea and a nesquick. Definitely not coming back

Nice, friendly staff, clean facility. The bagels need a little work, they were skinny & powdery tasting.

Prices are high, minimal cream cheese on a bagel, soggy sandwich, “free” coffee with breakfast sandwich with no option to remove (i make own coffee at home before I leave), and prices fluctuate for no reason. One week it’s $9 for 2 sandwiches, next week $11 and change, next week $14-all the same order each time….”oh prices went up”. They think you’re stupid and won’t address it. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IN SMITHTOWN. I’m not giving them my business anymore.

Truly don’t know how anyone could rate this place under 5 stars. Sparkling clean & kind workers. First of all if the price is what the problem is- you get what you pay for. The food is quality and cooked to perfection. My husband and I ordered egg sandwiches here and they were literally the best (with no exaggeration) the absolute best bagels we have ever had on the island or anywhere else. Over the course of my life living on the island I have tried countless bagel stores and this place is just top notch. Will never go anywhere else again. Bravo bagel express.
