Me and my friend came in for lunch and we got chicken tacos… the meat looked very interesting and barely cooked so we ate one taco with the chicken and then took it out of the other one. We left and all was good and met up with other people and told them we went to badland tacos for lunch they then informed us that they are known for “not cooking their food” and “food poisoning” i thouhg nothing of it but now I’m sitting on my bathroom floor dying. So eat with that in mind.

Nachos were done the right way with cheese layered throughout. Tacos had a great spice to them without being “hot”.

Great place. The food is tasty and good. I really liked the fish tacos. The fresh guac and chips are a great way to start. Staff is great – friendly and helpful to. Very clean and trendy. Will be back soon.

Badlands Burritos has been around for 25+ years for those who don’t know! Their burritos are insanely FRESH, with the lightest tortilla & the best healthiest ingredients & ratio of flavor that can’t be found in many places at all. We order from them weekly & it is consistent every single time. We are obsessed. The kickin’ chicken burrito is our fav. Mike, the owner is the genius behind it all & has been a legacy to Oradell & Ramsey for many years. If u haven’t had Badlands Burritos yet, you are in for a TREAT!

Service was very friendly. The place was pretty clean. Food was bland and cold. Chili tasted burnt. Topping were generic bagged, preshredded cheese. Prices were also kind of high. Most taco dishes are about $10 for 2 tacos and chips. I can take a short ride up to Suffern to an authentic taco spot and get 5 amazing tacos for $10. Overall not a good or reasonably priced taco spot.

I usually have a pretty solid time here. The food isn’t too expensive, the staff is always nice, and it’s right by the movie theater. The only issue with this strip is the traffic, since Main St tends to be a bit packed, but that’s not Badlands’ fault. It’s attached to a burger place, too (same owner, so it makes it a good option if your group wants those 2 genres of food).

The tacos were average, but good value for your money. Not bad by any means, definitely delicious, but what really blew me away were the BURGERS. Seriously the burgers are inexpensive but generous in both size & flavor. I highly recommend the burgers! The tacos were good, but the burgers are what make me want to become a regular customer!

Kicking burrito is amazing, not spicy at all! Super friendly staff and looks like a nice cozy place. Definitely worth a visit and a sit down. Everything tastes fresh. Great job all around.
