I was the only customer here and they served me burned fries. I asked them if they could make some fresh ones and the manager just took the old ones out of my hand and threw them in the trash. Didn’t say a word to me. Then when she handed me the fresh ones, I said “thank you very much”. Again she didn’t say a word. She just turned around and walked off. I got this order to go and I am already dreading what the burger is going to be like. As I was the only customer here, it is probably old and cold.

The food was good. The service was nice and friendly. The restaurant was clean. It was raining heavily outside and they had a few leaks in the place but it didn’t stop anyone from eating. Good place for a homemade style burger!

Hey All We went to BackYard Grill I never been there and wow a good burger it was and the the seasoned french fries for really good the restaurant was clean neat the employees went out of their way to make my stay very enjoyable I have a bacon cheeseburger with extra bacon and my wife had a pepper jack hamburger with waffle fries very delicious

The restaurant was nasty. Floor was extremely sticky, dining area hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The staff was rude and one girl was on her phone while trying to take our order. Employees were loud and cursing at the register. I used to love this restaurant but yesterday I couldn’t eat fast enough to get out of there.

I went there Thursday – what a disaster. Waited 20 minutes then had to go to the counter to ask about my order. It was finally found in the drive thru. Burger looked like a hockey puck and was cold. I should have sent it back but was a little afraid to. The employees were either on the phone or arguing with each other. There needs to be new management and employees. I will not eat there again.

I haven’t had a burger like this in a minute! I love the burgers here! I ended getting the Swiss mushroom burger and my oh my, it was delicious! The waffle fries are okay. They’re not like Chic-Fil-A’s but the fries here are a little bit thicker. The price is considerably decent for the combo meals.

I hadn’t been to this location in over a year for the very reason I am giving a 1 star today. I placed my oder in the drive thru, which had this really cool auto system to order so you don’t actually have to speak with a live person. Mt thought was this nice, only to NEVER make it to the window to pay and pickup. There was one car before me the entire time and I stayed waiting behind that car for 15 minutes literally. I saw someone ask the driver of that car something once and the rest of the time we both just sat. I thought to myself this is ridiculous. Here I am on a late lunch and service was… no service. I seriously never going back. JUST TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I had a blackened chicken sandwich that may have been fresh and moist two days ago. I ordered undercooked overpriced onion rings to top this fiasco off. Did I mention the inside and outside extremely dirty and unkept. Would suggest trying elsewhere as the food not good but expensive for what you get.
