I ordered the classic and honey BBQ, both tasted delicious! A great choice if you’re looking for a quick high end burger but don’t want to spend too much money. About 13$-15$ each including tax. Drive thru option is very quick, I waited about 8 mins.

We each got a BBQ burger combo with a large chili cheese fry. The staff was very rude throughout the purchase. The hamburgers were the size of a slider. Both had the end slice of a tomato and wilted lettuce. The “large” fry was a hotdog sized Styrofoam counter. Horrible staff, and food.

Thought I would try BYB at 12:48 pm, I have not been there since it reopened. Paid at the window with exact change plus a $1 tip. “Angel” took the extra $1 and walked off not saying a word. Another employee brought my order. Neither acknowledged the tip, it seemed they thought I accidentally overpaid and they kept the money. I then drove off, took a bite of my blackened chicken sandwich and it was like biting and chewing rubber. Spit it out, tried another bite, same. Threw it away.

Drive thru not working so we went in. Decided to go ahead and dine in. Employees very friendly. Service was fast. Burgers were dry and lukewarm. Cheese not melted. I also got a slaw dog to go with my burger combo, hot dog was cold. Fries were fresh and hot. Need to do better with the food. Spent 30.00 on two burger combos and a hot dog.
