Asked for a burger to be made fresh. Young lady said it’s made to order. I drove about 4 minutes down the street before noticing eating the fries because they were hot. Once I got my sandwich it was not what I order and cold. I came back gave them the sandwich and explained it was cold and not what I ordered. They took the sandwich and brought it back correctly made however it was colder than when I gave it to them the 1st time. I went back in the store and asked for a refund. The heavier set lady seemed a bit disturbed. This store needs better leaders. This should have never happened. I used to love back yard burger but now I see why they are declining and have lack of store in the Memphis area. Good Luck

Anytime I go to Memphis I try to hit a Back Yard Burger. I don’t know what is going on but a few of them have closed. I would love to have one where I live. The bacon cheddar burger is delicious and the fries are really good as well. Keep up the good work because I’ll be back in a month or two for some more.

I’ve eaten her 4 times the first 3 I was absolutely hooked but tonight 2/25/2023 burgers were VERY DISAPPOINTING there was No seasoning on nothing, not the fries or our burgers. This was bland bland bland like senior citizen home . We are usually VERY happy and pleased but tonight was poor

First time trying Backyard Burger. Customer service was horrible and food orders were incorrect. The woman taking our orders was so unpleasant and rude, and intentionally made a comment about us coming 30 minutes before close loud so we could hear her. The incorrect orders just felt intentional at that point. Like an “f you” for coming a half hour before close. I’ve worked in the service industry for years, you’re not closed until you’re closed. If you hate your job so much, get a new one. DON’T take your unhappiness out on your customers. Unacceptable all around.
