Even though I’ve lived in Caledonia for eight years- we just started going to the Back 40 a couple of months ago-We were so impressed by the bartender, service-and especially the food- that we’ve been going back as much as we can. The place needs some interior design-because it feels a bit old- and stagnant-but if you’re able to ignore that-you’ll be sure to enjoy the excellent food-and amazing service. Everything is homemade- the soup is delicious-cheesy potatoes are to die for-and their fish is done perfectly- and drinks???- Well, let’s just say-the bartenders know how to pour!!!
