I remember I use to have this for lunch when I used to work near their old location in Rosemead. Haven’t had them in about 8-9 years and this place still taste amazing!! You get a little more food for the price which is well worth it. I’ll be back again when I’m in town! Appreciate the old memories and delicious food!

Nice Teriyaki spot. The chicken was good. They offer 3 different meal sizes. I love that. Great price! They also sell Dole Whip!

Overrated. $16 for the pep steak and this is what you get? Not the same as before. Smaller portions for higher price. The mac salad is bland and the portions are inconsistent. Not worth the wait or the food. Also don’t get the taquitos, you are better off making them yourself. Hope things change for the better.

The food is consistently prepared and delicious . The best item I always get is an order of taquitos; it’s the best I’ve had, anywhere! Filled with alot of meat, and a generous portion of the best home made guacamole. And I always get a large Dole Whip to go; I don’t have to wait to go to Disneyland. Same dessert, close to home, alot cheaper and no wait.

The front dining area look clean no bathrooms. But you really can’t tell how clean unless you can look into the kitchen. Always tasty Japanese take out. Today they partially over cook our ahi. Salmon plate was good. They have these chicken taquitos that we always get. Usually call ahead for faster service. All in all good food good service friendly. Funny you spend $35 and they still charge you for extra Teri sauce. Wow !!!

Hooray!!! Bachan’s Takeout is back! Today was their soft opening so the boys and I had to pay a visit. It’s located at the old Shaka’s location on Garfield and Riggin in Monterey Park.
