We used to order here often for takeout and delivery. The food is good so we put up with poor service until it was no longer tolerable. The owner is possibly the rudest we’ve ever encountered, and that’s on a good day. We choose to support the many other shop owners out there who treat their customers with common courtesy and respect.

Horrible customer service. Was screamed and cursed at for them delivering wrong food on order. Owner was cursing at people and employees. Very Horrible place to order from. No respect for people. Will threaten to call police if you call about wrong order. Employees should turn owner into labor board for the harassment and treatment he gives the. Someone definitely needs to investigate this business from the labor board!

I ordered a delivery when it arrived cheese on the pizza was burnt and cold where it took an hour for delivery. I called to let them know if I can get a new pizza. Spoke with the owner and he said I always have a complaint. I never complained prior to this was extremely confused.He was extremely rude and raising his voice. I was furious and informed him I would be bringing back his burnt pizza for a refund. When I arrived he was even more rude. I will never return.worst customer experience I have ever had especially being in the restaurant business myself

If it was possible to give less than one star I would give negative 5. Placed an order online and almost an hour later they called to tell us they didn’t have the product and do we want to cancel the rest of the order, we did. A week later I still have not been credited the charge so I call. He tells me they don’t cancel online orders (even though it’s their website). I have to dispute the charge with my bank. Argued with him a little, he told me to deal with it and hung up.

Ordered on Grubhub- waited over an hour past estimated delivery time and nothing!! Tried calling the restaurant multiple times over and over and over and absolutely no response. Had to finally call Grubhub customer service which also called the restaurant and ALSO got no response. Ended up getting refunded by Grubhub (fortunately). Do not order from here if you don’t want to waste your time. Unacceptable.

Terrible service. I ordered a picante pizza, picked it up, and drove home only to find out they didn’t put blue cheese or basil on it. Not a big deal, people make mistakes and I’m sure they were busy as it was dinner time. I called them up and the woman who had sold me the pizza answered, and upon telling her about the missing ingredients I was told that the cook definitely put the ingredients on the pizza and I must’ve been mistaken even though I literally had the pizza in front of me. Next she said if I drove back she would give me basil and blue cheese but refused to drive it out as the delivery drivers were apparently unavailable ( I doubt she said this to the person asking for delivery who called after me). I don’t see why it is my responsibility to fix their mistake. I gave them 100% of the money give me 100% of the pizza and if you make a mistake, just own it and use those customer service skills that are clearly lacking. They lost a regular customer, I’ll never be going back and I’ll be spreading the word as-well.
