30 minutes in line to order. Told 25 minutes for food. Returned frequently to find out how much longer . She consistently lied. Took 2 hours. If she were honest, I would have cancelled. Had 4 young hungry children. Burgers were burnt, fries were cold. Everyone was outraged at wait and she responded with bad attitude.

Baby’s burgers at this location are among the WORST we have ever had. A big hunk of completely unseasoned ground beef. Asked for salt and pepper but they did not have any. Had to send the soggy and wobbly curly fries back for them to try again for $4. My $15 Mamacita burger had ony a couple of soft sautéed onion pieces and 4 canned jalapeño generic slices. Not enough of their generic ketchup could make this enjoyable.

these guys came to my college and I was very disappointed as a broke student with the service I got and the becrappy veggie burger I ordered. the fries weren’t cooked and the guy closed so he couldn’t take them back. there was a bunch of cheese I put my hand in that was on the outside of my burger wrapper and the wasn’t even cheese on my burger.
