Husband & I stopped in on our way home on a Sunday from Madison Heights. Greeted by a nice young woman and a sweet older lady. I ordered country ham & got hubby a hotdog. We both sat at picnic table & loved the food. I went back in and ordered a BLT to go. I asked to pack it separately & no Mayo as we had hours still to go-No Problem! It was packed perfectly and I enjoyed my sandwich when I got home. Love this place!

Really good burgers, hot dogs and fries. The shakes were also delicious. I would recommend this place over any other similarly priced options in the area. Color Us Impressed: the wife and I did not put it together until afterwards that it was owned and operated by a human baby named Jim. Worth checking out for sure!

I will not trash this place but I’m wondering what’s going on. Burger and fries were good. I feel like I’m in a place that is now owned by people that have not lived in the area. Lots of fish special signs. Just don’t know… It’s different???

Just stopped by for the first time, we were looking for something different and have driven by it for years. We were pleasantly surprised and found a new favorite! One meal was meatloaf with Mac & cheese and baked apples, another was 2 pieces of fried chicken with fries and both meals came with a drink. We walked out the door spending $20 and both have some leftover for later. The fried chicken was moist and seasoned, and the meatloaf delicious. The lady helping us was so friendly, we will definitely be going back!

If you drive by and see that this place is open, you should probably stop for breakfast or lunch. They appear to only be open limited times during the week and on Friday and Saturday we believe they are open until 10 pm. We found out that breakfast is served all day and we know from one previous experience their breakfast is awesome. This time we ordered two double cheeseburgers, two french fries a grilled ham and cheese and a chocolate milkshake. They are ridiculously inexpensive. Our entire bill was only $18.53 yes. There were three other people in front of us waiting and their food was out to them very quickly. They have quaint and cute sayings on the walls like no swearing or no loitering. And the ladies that helped this evening were two of the kindest people that have served us in a while. As we understand this is a very established place in Culpeper and everybody knows it. One thing that I would suggest is if you do order a hot sandwich, to not get lettuce on it as it steamed itself in the little paper wrapper and the lettuce got quite limp, other than that this place rocked.

Stopped in here last night hungry and not wanting the regular fast food. We ordered a fish sandwich and a bacon cheeseburger. It was really delicious. Fries and a coke came with the meals. I would say definitely stop in and have a bite if you want something that tastes great
