This is going to probably be one of the newest reviews. This place is great. The service is amazing, and the food taste really good. The yams and baked chicken were really good. At the same time, there’s a very home like environment that is super clean. Also, 13 per person including the drink was a great deal.

Not necessarily a bad experience but also pretty underwhelming. Only three bars – two are hot and one is cold. We arrived at 12:20 and there was almost no one here. The rice and hush puppies has definitely been sitting on the bar for a while and the rice was crunchy, while the hush puppies were very squishy. The meatballs had good flavor but were a little spicy. The corn and the sweet tea were pretty good. The salad bar was decent. Overall, the food was alright but nothing to write home about.

It’s a nice setting, not too big, so you feel at home. Like any other buffet, I guess. Not a lot of choices on the desserts. I was looking forward to the peach cobbler. Heck, I put it on my plate first! It had a bread topping instead of crust, so not a fan of that. The place was clean, friendly staff. Give them a try!

The people that work there are very kind and attentive. However, I don’t believe the cook knows much about the seasoning of country cooking. I have been there 3 or 4 different times on different days and found that while the coating on the fried chicken looks great, there is hardly any taste at all. On average most all the food is bland and lukewarm at best. The one thing that I found very good was the spaghetti sauce. While everything looked clean the whole restaurant, including the food, needs a general overhauling. This is the only buffet that I leave hungry every time. I love these type of “mom & pop” places but not sure I will keep going back. My suggestion is investing in a lot of TLC both in the restaurant and the food prep. If the atmosphere and food were as good as the service provided by the ladies, it would be very successful. The owner needs to provide emergency surgery on the place right away, or he very well may lose it.

Oh how I enjoyed my Baby Jane’s Home Cooking dinner with my sister earlier this week! As we stood in her business pondering where to dine one evening, I offered a few half-hearted suggestions, but I had no real palate for anything in particular outside of the fact that I was hungry. “Girl, let’s go to Baby Jane’s,” my sister said, smiling.

Food not as good as it used to be. Buffet was complete, but some items were dried out. Great table service. Dehumidifiers and floor drying fans added unnecessary noise to the experience.

We found this place while we were in McDonough for the NASCAR Race Weekend. My husband wanted a buffet on the way out going back home. The food is GREAT!! Everything is fresh and homemade. Nothing out of cans. All the vegetables are fresh. Everything was so good. If you want home cooking in a buffet setting… It’s a MUST! Will definitely be back!

Jade was incredible. Incredible customer service experience, was attentive and patient and CLEAN IN THE PANDEMIC!!!! Checked our temperature in an non-invasive way and served us everything we wanted! The food tasted home cooked (just as stated) and they openly offered us everything we wanted. Our server was so kind and outward and got us whatever we wanted as well! Jade invited us back and said he would give us the same treatment!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
