What can I say when you’re out in the Poconos and you have a hankering for comfort food? My type of comfort food? You find this little gem and get the flavors you grew up with. My girlfriend and I just googled polish restaurants near me and Babuni’s table came up, great reviews, on our way. I had the halushky with grilled kielbasa and my girlfriend had the bigos. Both were delicious. We also shared cucumber salad that was so fresh and tasty. After dinner we had a great conversation with the chef/owner and can’t wait to come back. If you love Eastern European food as we do then you’ll love Babuni’s Table.

Really authentic food and atmosphere. Felt like going to visit a family member, if that family member was Polish/Ukrainian and am excellent cook. The pierogies, haluski, and kielbasa were all great.

I’ve been to Babuni’s table a few times and it’s always great. The owner took the time to let me and my sister try a Borscht soup he had just finished, making us feel like part of the family. Everything I’ve eaten here has been delicious, freshly prepared, and well presented. It’s obvious the chef/ owner cares about what he’s making and serving to his customers.

Best Pierogies ever! This is an amazing scratch Kitchen. The food is out of this world. I don’t know why there isn’t a line out the door and all the way down to Philadelphia. Take a group and enjoy some awesome people and amazing food. There is also a bakery in the front with homemade breads and pastries. 5 stars isn’t enough! I can’t wait to go again. Cheers from Texas!

Have had some good meals. The last time I picked up kielbasa for the holiday it was full of hard bits. We didn’t even finish it. Haven’t been there since. But, prior to that are there a few times and the kielbasa, pierogies and other items were yummy! Will go back again.

Wow! This place has the best authentic polish food and is decorated so nicely for Christmas. When you step in you immediately smell the amazing food. The pierogies are incredible and the staff is so friendly. We will definitely be back many times! Thank you for a truly wonderful lunch experience.
