This place is so great. I’ve been 3 times for dinner. Have had pastas, pizzas, veggie dishes, dessert. All excellent. Even things that sound bland to me, like stuffed zucchini were out of this world. The service is standout. This place has “it.”

I’ve been to Babette for dinner twice, and both times I had a great experience. The service was amazing, the pizza was delicious. I recommend sitting on the beautiful patio, they have heaters and offer blankets if you get chilly. Our server went above and beyond with tastes of wine to help us choose the right one.

Beautiful work done on the place. It was sad to see Lanesplitter go but this is definitely an upgrade.

The two star food rating is what is upsetting. We had the Breakfast / bacon / egg, cheese on house made brioche, the brioche was cut way to thick, bacon was burned, overcooked, & a dot of cheese in the middle of the sandwich, which made it super greasy, don’t know what they did there, it was not good at all. Even the Strawberry on the plate had brown spots on it, Really people?. I had also the Tartine on house made English muffin with Avocado soft boiled egg & feta cheese omg, the muffin was like a hockey pug, I was afraid to cut with knife, thought it might eject of my plate . Nothing spectacular, no flavour, a little fresh lemon squeezed over the dish or some Maldonado salt, could have possibly done the job. Also, our food did not come at the same time, the Tartine was cold by the time my husband’s breakfast sandwich came. The bill came & it felt like we are at a Gas Station, you pay with card , pay$75.67, pay cash, pay $73.17, what’s up with that, the prices are certainly steep enough, yet the Owners choose to pass on the charge to their customers. All in all, so extremely dissappointing.. I have to say to their defense, our server was world-class, he was super nice, friendly & informed ( he had all the day pastry specials written down ,so he could tell guests. Maybe you guys should post your specialties on a board for example. Ambiance was beautiful, indoors & outdoors, very nice patio. Too bad that the food really didn’t stand out at all! I would not recommend Babette for Brunch at all. Safe your Money!!!!

We’ve been to Babette three times within the past month; twice for dinner and once for brunch. Each time, we’ve had a great experience. Love the fact that they change up the menu frequently. The prices seem very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food served,

Good food. Didn’t have to wait for indoor seating, outdoor seating had a bit of a wait. Service was a little slow, they were focused more on people seated outdoors.

As an infrequent writer of reviews, I’ve been thinking all day aboutthewonderful evening I had dining at Babette last night. Our lovely waitress Karen went so out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Karen loves where she works and it shines! She suggested we sit outside in the gorgeous garden, then brought us a heat lamp and blankets so we were cozy. We trusted her completely with our order and she was so much fun to chat with! We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners Joan and her husband Patrick, who are amazingly talented chefs and lovely people. We ordered the pea soup, seafood stew, goddess salad and focaccia. Every bite was beautifully balanced. The flavors are complex, fresh and thoughtful. Down to the homemadebreadsticks. Desert is not to be missed. We had the cobbler and the cardamomcream cheese cake. Heavenly! It’s been a long time since I’ve enjoyed the wines so much at a restaurant. Every glass was a winner!
