Bad, just really bad! Disgustingly bad. Like don’t touch anything bad! Regulars here for years. Must be new owners and place is now a dump. Filthy tables, no napkins or forks. Plus raised their prices. Now a no go zone for our family. Don’t waste your time or money here anymore.

This is a good quick casual Mediterranean place.

We got the Gyro platters. The beef was kofta, not sliced beef, but we’re good and both the kofta and the chicken were tender. The salads were very fresh, as was the cucumber sauce. A satisfying amount of food, but pricey for casual dining in a strip mall with no table side service. The staff were very friendly and even checked in on us from behind the counter (unusual for casual dining).

It was a cold Saturday afternoon and we were in the mood for some healthyish lunch. We were going to be in the area of Cary and came across this establishment. Upon arrival we were overwhelmed with the rather large menu. There was plenty of options and variety of sizes.

Quite impressed! Everything came out beautifully presented, ingredients were fresh, seasoning very well balanced, generous portion size.

The best chicken shawirma of my life! Fresh ingredients, clean atmosphere, nice people. Have been coming here since 2005. Check out their kabab platters, too. Unparalleled hummus, baba gannouj and greek salad.

The first time I stumbled upon this hole-in-the-wall restaurant, it was sometime between 2013 and 2016. I ordered the chicken shawarma and absolutely loved it. I had to go back the next time I was shopping in that shopping center and this time ordered various items to take home for my family to try. They felt the same, saying the food was flavorful and delicious. The price was great too for the amount of food we get.

Nice place, polite service, stunning food. I think Baba Ghannouj looks like a family restaurant with a friendly atmosphere and polite service. We asked the Family Platter “Sultan Kabob Dinner” with Kaftah and goat it came with basmanti rice, fattoush, hummus, baba ghannouj, falafel, pickels and pita. All the flavors were delicious and the amount of food enough for four people. The price good. In general, a good experience. It would be worth returning to this restaurant to try other dishes.

First time here was a little overwhelming. The food was amazing, but being new to the table grill, we could have used better service to explain what we were doing and eating. My vegetarian daughter had difficulty finding something to eat. They could benefit from highlighting vegetarian options. We will definitely return.

If you love Middle Eastern food (like I do) and you want a fast/casual experience then this is GREAT spot. They have many of the standards of this cuisine: kabobs, shawarma, falafel, gyros, various middle eastern salads (a really good selection), etc. And more importantly, they know how to cook meat. This might sound like a funny comment to make, but I’ve found that most Middle Eastern restaurants WAY overcook the meat that they serve, especially lamb, which leaves it dry and unenjoyable. Not so with Baba Ghannouj. The meat is cooked properly and is moist, juicy, and very flavorful. The lamb is really good (and if you don’t normally eat lamb, you should try it here. Seriously).
