Hurt because this spot was my childhood favorite. I ordered off of Uber eats today and my entire order was incorrect. The sandwich and wings I ordered was fine tolerable but my should’ve been potato salad ended up being macaroni, paid 15$ for a salad adding extra grilled chicken didn’t get any chicken, wrong dressing I couldn’t eat my food because half of it contained stuff my picky daughter and I couldn’t eat, and to add the cherry to the cake my macaroni salad had a Brillo pad wire in it. Very disgusted and hurt by todays service will not be ordering from here again.

I only gave it 3 stars because, we’ll, the heros were fine. They’re regular heros and fresh. The negative side was that literally everything in the store is packaged. It’s like they know fresh shelf items won’t sell in time. So they only stock pre-packaged muffins, cookies, snacks, etc. The mentality of “only sell packaged goods” can not translate to quality, fresh, or value. Otherwise the sandwiches would have received 4 stars.
