Worst customer service. Last time I came here it was bad. Decided 2 years later to give them another shot and true to form terrible. No live crabs but you selling cooked which means all they’re doing is reheating them. The guy that’s waiting on folks clearly hates his job. No thanks, I’ll drive to Captain Whites. Will not return to this spot that’s 3 minutes fromy house.

Wish I could rate this place 0!!! Customer service is horrible , I actually paid for a dozen crabs and he was so rude I gave his crabs back and got my money back I don’t patronize ignorant people. Needless to say I went to another place and they were delicious .. let me add when I mentioned his customer service his words exactly “I don’t have to speak to anybody “ , well sir when you have a business you do need to greet people and say thank you ! Stay away from this place

The picture probably helps out the size of his crabs however, they were super small and although I’m not a crab expert, some seemed to be illegal looking! Customer service is trash! No speaking, no communication whatsoever! I would never spend my hard earned money for trash crabs and customer service ever again! I also had to double back after realizing I was only given 1 dozen crabs after paying for 2. And to top it off….witnessing an older lady basically get yelled at for asking questions about something she was going to spend HER money on took the cake for me. Like her, I should’ve politely walked off and took my money with me after not being greeted after I spoke. Support black businesses they say….

Just like most if the comments….CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH!!!! They are unfriendly and unwelcoming. Nothing is on display and they got an attitude when asking to see it. They act like you bothering them or holding them up when it’s empty when you arrive and they are just sitting there doing nothing. No smile, no hello, no thank you…just unfriendly. Not going back, keep it, there are plenty crab places in the area.

His seafood is always cooked to perfection! I used to drive a long wa, now I drive 45 minutes and that’s still a drive. So that alone should tell you how good it is!

Off the break the owner was rude and nasty! I asked how much were the Med Males, response, all the prices are on the board! Ok, give me 1/2 dozen medium males. Him, “crabs, are only sold by the dozen”. I walk off, I’ll keep my money, you keep your crabs and attitude. I’ll never go back!

Today I purchased crabs that I could not see before the transaction was completed. I was told I had 2 dozen mediam males for $68 per dozen. When I got home all of the crabs were small. The largest messured barely 4 inches. A medium is at least 5 1/2 inches. I was ripped off and received poor customer service. I have a picture if the baby crabs.
