Absolutely delicious food and amazing service. The burnt ends didn’t need sauce. They were tender and had a salty sweet flavor that on its one would be enough. Adding the sweet or even better, the hot bbq sauce tops off an already delectable dish.

Any time I’m in this joint I’m going to keep rating it 5 stars on any and everything. Seriously the best BBQ I’ve ever had and I’ve been to some of the best BBQ places from all over, it just doesn’t get better than B-Ray’s! I was on a diet but broke it once I heard B-Ray’s was (literally) on the table. It’s suddenly a cheat day! Do they have an awesome looking salad bar? Yes! Did I touch it? No! I’m there for some BBQ’D MEAT!

The food is great!….Whenever they have it. We have called in an order at 7-8 several times and they are out of almost everything. Tonight they were gonna have live music until 9:30 and were already out of brisket at 7:30?!? I have only ever had it catered or picked up because one time I went to eat in person and they were out of almost everything again and were severely understaffed. I get it’s a small business but they have been around long enough that you shouldn’t have to gamble if you’re gonna get food or not.

I’m surprised that they aren’t sold out by 1pm every day. They serve Central Texas-style brisket and they do it very well! It’s as good as some of the top joints in Austin. The ribs are also very nice with a salt and pepper rub with a sweet glaze. I had the beans and mac and cheese. Both excellent. Top notch spot. Great food. Friendly staff. Fair prices. There should be a long line at opening every day.

On one of our outings, we came across B-Ray’s BBQ, and we were very glad we did. We started with the fried pickles and discovered the ranch dressing is house made; it really paired well with the pickles. I had the 2 meat combo with sausage and ribs, a salad and baked beans for my sides. The baked beans exemplified how baked beans should be done at any restaurant, and these were so delicious. You get a lot of meat with your order, and I really enjoyed both meats. They had great flavor and I still had plenty of leftovers to take home. Mrs. Flip Out had the smoked chicken plate with a side salad and fries. She really enjoyed the smoked chicken and also had plenty of meat for leftovers. The mild and spicy bbq sauces were great, and not too sweet. We ordered Little Flip Out the kid’s hamburger, and discovered this place has an amazing smoked brisket burger that will require a return visit to try just the burgers. It was a huge sandwich, and would be enough for an adult. The staff is helpful and super friendly. If you’re looking for good bbq, this place is well worth the drive to Tuttle to give B-Ray’s a try.

I seen B-Rays on tic-tok. And was looking for a new BBQ place. So i gave it i try. I got the 2 meat with Brisket and chicken.. Both really good. My husband got Brisket and sausage. Sausage was also really good little spicy. Mac and cheese and baked beans were delicious and loved the sauce! Will definitely go back!

Best bbq of all time hands down anywhere. I went to sleep right after. Lol Owners are great and so are all the Kaylas! I highly recommend. Hope they get their cars fixed with me like they said.

Went for the first time and I was blown away by the brisket! I’m keto so I didn’t eat the sauce but the brisket melts in your mouth! They also have a nice salad bar and my mom absolutely died over the Apple fritters! We will definitely be regulars from now on! The service was also 5 star!
