Normally I order from here, and the burgers are pretty good. I tried a smoothie this time, and found a TON of little bits of plastic in my smoothie. I actually drank half of it thinking they were seeds. The photo illustrates one piece of plastic on my finger. I ended up ingesting probably over 20 before I thought that the “seeds” seemed a bit artificial…

Been here a couple times. Never had great service but since it’s my last time here figured I should warn people. First the place is pricey. If your ok with that let’s see if you are willing to run the rest of this gauntlet of horror. After ordering when you head over to the condiments, half the pumps are broken. Nice that I I just got a $15 hamburger and have to figure out the quirky condiment dispenser while I wait. Which is actually a good thing because the service isn’t light speed fast. It’s more like they had to grow the potatoes in the back. You know “Martian” style. So while we wait we notice our friends order came out first. Even though he ordered after. After watching the cook wipe his nose on his shirt a few more times we are told that no one received our order. We have to pull out the receipt to get them going on it. They of course forget the fries.. that’s what they do every time. We know better now, so we remind them. And as usual the fries are about 50% edible but that’s not the only inedible part of my meal. The burger was all sorts of uncooked. Not even close. I guess the guy eating in the open kitchen while he was flipping our burgers was a little hasty.

I stopped here on Tuesday February 18th 2020 with two of my co-workers for lunch. None of us were satisfied with the food or the service. I ordered a burger with just cheese and pickles, a side of mac and cheese and a lemonade. The menu did not have the various flavors of lemonade offered, so when I went to the drink section to pour my drink I noticed it was only Rosemary lemonade and strawberry lemonade which would have been nice to know before I ordered. I waited 15 minutes for my food to come out to get a burned burger with no cheese and no pickles. The mac and cheese was about five spoonfuls of mac and cheese in a small dish and it did not taste good at all. I sent my burger back saying I wanted cheese and pickles and they sent me the same burger with barely melted cheese and pickles on it still burnt. The woman announcing at the counter could barely speak English and she was rather quiet, so people were waiting an extra five minutes until they realize that she was calling them for their food. The burger was extremely small, the side was extremely small, and I ended up getting a root beer instead of a lemonade which was not that bad. I paid $18 serving sizes that would have cost me $5 anywhere else.

I haven’t written a review in years but after three meals here in the last year or so I felt compelled to share. The consistency and quality of each meal here is impressive given the speed at which it’s served. BGood isn’t a cheap fast lunch stop but it’s good every time and I’d go out of my way to have them quell my hunger again.

Ordered our food and they didn’t bring the drinks and wouldn’t reimburse us. One of the burgers wasn’t cooked all the way. Another burger was completely incorrectly made. One of the smoothies wasn’t blended, it was a chunk of flavored ice. Last time I order from here, terrible service.

Had kale salad with supergrains. One of my favorite veggie dishes ever. Great flavor, hearty, delicious. Excellent atmosphere and reasonable prices. Please take over the world. Or at least make your way to California.

This is probably the best burger joint in Wellesley hands down. The burgers are so delicious and fresh. I ordered the Maple Bacon burger. And it was delicious. The bread was nice and soft and the sauce was tasty. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great burger place with premium customer service

This is my last visit here! The food Is pretty good and I like the idea of it being locally sourced, but the service is way too slow. It took 38 minutes to fill an online/app order. Just not worth the wait!

Food was blah. Butternut squash soup was really spicy – not expected to say the least. We were going to sit on cushioned benches but they looked they’ve never been cleaned. Disgusting
