1st time visiting this location. It was a lovely experience. It’s super clean. The staff were welcoming. It was super easy to order our food. I love that they have listed on a chalkboard next to the menu all of the local farms they get their produce from. The food was super yummy. As you can see I couldn’t resist took a few bites before my picture. I ordered a “West Side Style” Veggie Burger with two sides of Sweet Potato Fries. YUM!

One of the staff was sitting on a table eating without shoes and her feet on a chair, yelling each other very loud across the restaurant. A man was on the phone the whole time listening to some videos on speaker leaning over the food containers. And no one was taking care of the customers.

I usually enjoy the healthy food at B.Good. The customer service is great. I think I only had one poor experience out of countless visits, but this never happened at the Newton location. My only suggestion for the food is for the company to find a better gluten free hamburger bun. It breaks apart while eating which can become very messy.

This 0lace 8s absolute garbage, was given the farmhouse with cold grilled onions, stale bun, and what looks like a 3 ounce burger. Cold fries and dried out carrots For a $10 burger id rather go to McDonald’s. Cold stale brioche bun ruined it also was told kids burger and regular burger same size but kids menu comes with drink and fries, after bringing it up they gave me 9ne order of cold kids fries. My kids burger was also dry and cold . Seems pike they reheat the burgers
