B C Steak & BBQ has the best Fried Chicken around. We usually get the buffet and everything is okay but not the best flavor, very good fat back, the Mac and cheese is basic, sorta creamy, not cheesy. Service is always the same, they are very attractive and super friendly.

Southern cooking at its finest. The buffet bar has a great selection of fried chicken, fried fish, fried shrimp and so much more. The okra and shrimp dish was delicious. The desserts were peach cobbler, apple cobbler and more. The banana pudding was yum. If you are looking for a healthy meal, go elsewhere. If you want good Southern cooking and warm hospitality then this is a must try. The only disappointment was that there was no bbq on the buffet. Highly recommended.

Must Stop Here! This place is a great southern food buffet The meatloaf tasted just like my Mom’s. They offered greens, peas, Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, rice, beef stew, fried chicken, yams and plenty of other items. (Good salad bar & dessert bar also) The staff were all so kind and helpful.

Full disclosure I’m from upstate NY and this was my first stop at a southern style buffet. To start the fried chicken has a much lighter, more flakey and just plain perfect crispy coating. It’s much better than the thick beer-battered coatings I’m accustomed to in the Northeast. The collard greens are just the opposite, bitter and do not hold a candle to the Italian greens/Utica greens from upstate NY; they’d do well to learn that trick. However I could die a happy man eating nothing but their Candied Yams, to describe them is going to be an injustice, but I’ll try. If your unaware they are made out of sweet potatoes. However, they do not taste like potato at all. They have more of a cinnamon meets confectioners sugar with a brown sugary syrup and a creamy textured cloud of heaven taste to every bite. It’s not every day I find myself taking a picture of my plate at a restaurant; these where THAT good! Of course they had a ton of other great southern and traditional buffet style food. An excellent salad bar, soups, chili, meats, mash and gravy, etc. As well as another section for deserts and ice cream. Plus you can order steaks and other meals as well from the menu.

We came around 2 for lunch which is usually a weird time for buffets. Surprisingly, mostly everything was fresh and what wasn’t (like some of the bread rolls had hardened from the heat), was removed and replaced with fresh stuff. It was delicious. I had fried chicken, cabbage, yams, mashed potatoes and gravy, pulled pork and yeast rolls with honey butter. Nice southern food. Our waitress, Ashley, was attentive and kind. She even brought me fresh rolls when they came out the oven. The place definitely needs updating but I’m giving it 5 stars for food and service quality. I also hate the cigarette smoke but that’s because I have babies and I’m not a smoker myself. We sat in the back corner of the non-smoking section and we couldn’t smell it. I feel like the place could definitely draw a lot more business with a little TLC to the appearance.
