Chicken club missing all the toppings and super dried out. Nacho chips were bottom of bag all crumbled and toppings were over cooked. This was a delivery that took 1 hour. Returned the food to the store after I paid for delivery, and was told by the Manager (Cheryl) if I was going to act upset (in so many words) she wasn’t going to give me a refund. Seriously?? Cheryl agreed the order was unacceptable but wanted to argue about a refund and had the NERVE to tell me to not be upset over it. A refund was finally given, the money was slapped down on the counter and she yelled at her staff members the til was going to be short now because of me and then told me I was never allowed in the store again. This was my first time ordering from them, and will be my LAST time. Did she really think I would return for round 2 after this experience? This is what they choose to manage their business??? Pathetic!!! This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star!

Overall great experience and amazing food at BC Pizza! Perfect crust and they don’t skip out on toppings. Quick and friendly service. If you like a well built pizza this is the place. I will be back to try out more of the menu.

Keto pizza, which is just sauce, cheese and ingredients, costs more than a pizza with dough. Says you can have 5 items but costs over $15! Give me a break. Hungry Howies does it for $8. This expensive one had little sauce so it was dry. And cheese stuck to foil bowl…very little on the items. Tried it twice..never again

We stopped in for a quick lunch at the pizza buffet. When we got inside we realized there was no food besides salads at the buffet line. We waited 15 minutes before any pizza was brought out, and it was only one kind. Breadsticks were extremely salty and the cheesy breadsticks were doughy and flimsy.

Won’t answer the phone!!!! I have have called maybe 15 times and stayed in the phone for 3-8 mins a piece on automated system and they are open until 8pm and it’s 3pm now and I’ve had this happen multiple days….. if they aren’t going to answer there phones I’m not going to give them my service

We ordered cheese stuffed crust in our pizza- didn’t get it. They put olives on our pizza even though we hate them. The boneless chicken we ordered (with sauce) was completely dry! The sub we ordered didn’t have any ranch with it even though we paid extra for it.
