B.C. MaC is Morgantown’s BBQ comfort food haven. Opened in November 2021 by friends who have a vision of bringing a twist to BBQ and delivering it West Virginia style to the people living and passing through Morgantown. House rubbed and smoked meats like pulled pork, bbq and jerk chicken, brisket, and ribs, all with six different sauces to choose from! A variety of sides for every person, including cornbread pancakes, hand-cut fries, collard greens, and our homemade MaC. Get what you want either as a meal, bowl, tacos, a burrito, or a sandwich. Just take a look at our menu and stop on down!

Stopped in the shop on their buy one sandwich get one 1/2 off day, and was blown away by the quality of service and food. I ordered the pulled chicken sandwich with peach chipotle bbq sauce, fries, and slaw. It was absolutely amazing. I was transported from the beautiful West Virginian mountains to flavor town. I saw colors I didn’t know existed as I ate some of the best BBQ I’ve ever experienced. This food was so good I had an out of body experience. 10/10 would recommend, food so good it’ll make you slap yo’ mama. They offer catering for your next event too! You can’t go wrong supporting this small business!

I’ll keep it short and sweet by saying it’s hard to find good food that is not chain or bar related, BUT I FOUND IT! Highly recommend, 2 thumbs up! Most importantly the energy of the staff was amazing, even offered to bring the order to my car. Oh and I got home and my food was still HOT for a 10 min drive . When friends visit I’ll be taking them here . Gosh guess it was too good to keep things short haha.

Yummy food. I ordered the jerk chicken sandwich with coleslaw, and a side of Mac and cheese! I probably wouldn’t order the coleslaw as a side BUT I would definitely keep it in the sandwich. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my food. Another plus was that the person taking the orders at the front was very kind. Excited to come back and try some other sides and dishes!

Food was tasteful and the service was fantastic! We always have lunch at the picnic table outside! Our favorites are the pulled pork sandwich and brisket sandwich with the peach bbq sauce with Mac, sweet potato, and apple butter cinnamon rolls to finish. Do not hesitate to stop by if you’re in Morgantown and want some good home cooking!

This brisket sandwich is absolutely delicious. They have great crispy this home cut fries and the Coke in a glass bottle. If you are in a hurry order ahead as it usually takes a little time to put your order together. Staff also super friendly. Looking forward to going back soon.

I had heard so much about this place & was so excited to try it- but was so disappointed. The rice tasted like it was solely seasoned with coriander, my brisket (which looked delectable) but half of the half pound was all fat & inedible. My boyfriends on the other hand- while seasoned perfectly, was incredibly tough and beef jerky like. We got both the regular and ghost pepper Mac- they were both bland and nothing of note. Honestly the only good thing I don’t regret was their Corn Cakes- which I honestly wish I bought more of. For how raved it is I was so disappointed to have spent $60 for only one remotely edible item.
