I lived in Asian neighborhoods all my life so once I moved into long island I had to find some of my own “comfort food”. This place makes great food and the first thing you will notice is how clean they are. You are immediately greeted. I plan to visit and try more food. The Thai iced tea is great- but for my own taste I would prefer a little less sweet. For the food, I felt the food was a little too salty but my boyfriend loved everything. I would definitely come back again and try more things.

My hubby and I tried B Bistro today and we highly recommend it. It was our first time trying Vietnamese cuisine and we did not know what to expect. The crispy spring rolls and B Bistro platter were fantastic. Very fresh and flavorful. My Thai Ice tea was also yummy. The service and ambiance was very friendly and welcoming. Additionally, when the owner arrived (without noticing that anyone was paying attention) the way he interacted with the staff was very refreshing. He took the time to see how each member was doing and stepped in to help without hesitation. You could see he really cares about his business and his team. That passion is definitely reflected in the food. B Bistro might be my new culinary obsession! Lol

Absolutely amazing, today was my first time ever trying Vietnamese food and I have to say I was not disappointed in the least. From the appetizer to Dessert everything was absolutely delicious. The staff is extremely friendly, the owner was very friendly and the kitchen very clean and organized. Everyone gives off a very warm vibe when you enter. Thank you for making my birthday just a little more special!! Definitely will be going back!

I discovered this great place by accident a few weeks ago. Since then I have returned 3 times and directed friends and family to try it out. The food is great. Maybe it’s a bit warm to have the Pho in the summer but I had to try it and while hot, it was very tasty. The other meals are quite remarkable. Fresh, clean taste with plenty of spice. I like the chicken, steak and pork. The appetizers, spring, summer and autumn rolls are great too. Also I like that the kitchen is 100% in full view of the dining area. I look forward to my return.
