Chef was attentive and took my considerations seriously. I gave him free reigns and didn’t get anything extremely exploratory which is understandable, but was given a nice selection of what he thought was their best. All it all, I think the tuna was covered up with too much of a vinegary sauce, however it was a deliberate choice by the chef and that’s on me, and I really liked the Hamachi and the custom roll that was made for me so I definitely give a 5 star rating and will be back. I like this place and will try to introduce others.

We have been coming to Azure for over 3 years now. It is honestly the best sushi in town and is even better than some of the more well known sushi spots in Houston. When I delivered my baby in the medical center, we ordered sushi from a very popular and well known restaurant there. After eating it, all we could think was how much better the sushi was from Sonny’s place, Azure.

Traveling for work and glad I found Azure next to my hotel. The restaurant was impeccably clean and the food was awesome! I had the triple sushi entree. All the fish and ingredients were fresh and very well prepared. I greatly appreciated the quality of the food and friendly and fast service while dining here. I highly recommend Azure if you’re looking for good sushi in College Station! Thank you Azure!

We so enjoy going to Azure. The food is so good and Sunny and his wife are great. They are the entire show, wait staff and entertainment. This is not a fast food experience but if you are patient then you will understand.

So I’m a traveler from Houston snd eat great quality sushi all the time. I walked in on a Thursday night, greater by a guy named “Sonny”….. turned out he ran the entire evening with great sushi chefs, fresh nigiri, sashimi and delicious rolls. Let me tell you , every customer who left, were locals and he treated me the same. You will get great sushi and great service by this place!!!

If you appreciate traditional sushi, this place is a must go for you. And it’s extremely rare to find an actual Japanese sushi chef ANYWHERE making the sushi for you – this place has it. So surprising to find him in this town. And he’s a delightful man with decades of experience. I can not say much about their rolls, because, well, I don’t eat them. But they sure know how to pick a fish and cut it for your joyous pleasure. I can sweat by it, after going here for many years. Never a let down.

Delicious food delivered to the table with beauty and pride. Well done Sonny. Thank you. From the simply edamame (which in fact is not a simple, but infused with 10 different spices and is absolutely delicious) to the boat of sushi and daikon delivered as the final entrée. Azure Fusion Bistro & Saké is delicious, served with pride, and leaves you wanting more! Warm saké. Cold saké. Red wine, white wine, or water the choice is yours. The menu is large- and Sonny does all prep and delivery. Enjoy! Meshiagare.

It’s easily my favorite place to get ramen in the Bryan/College Station area. This is the Tonkotsu but my favorite is the shoyu with pork. Gotta understand though this is a “mom and pop” kinda place with only 2 people that work there. So service is a little unorthodox but still it’s always been fantastic. However I’ve only had the different ramens lol

Well this place is ok but it’s full of ironies like one person running everything, a Chinese Man making Sushi? Sushi is 3 of 5 rolls 2 of 5 too expensive, too small but I appreciate the hard work of the man doing everything with ZERO staff
